    When clicking the menu bar icon, it turns white. it is the only menu bar icon to do so, both among first party and 3rd party menu icons. It's very distracting and makes it feel like the applicaation is broken.

    sinces it's acquisition it seems like about 80% of the less popular tunes no longer come up. I used to be surprised at Shazam's ability to find so much of what I am looking for. I also miss the auto shazam feature.

    There are times when Shazam won't detect the song that I'm trying to find, but it's almost always able to figure it out. Even in shows or when there's background noise, it can usually hear through everything and hone in on just the song. I appreciate the app having the option to click "Spotify" to have it search for the song without having to copy or paste anything.

    I have one song that you can't identify and it's driving me insane...and no other app I have tried can identify this song either...but I'm not giving up and it's been yearsssssssss...

    It relies on the microphone to recognize audio, which makes it pretty useless on macos if you use headphones.

    Nice app but when will it stop keeping my microphone turned ON ? I have to quit the app ever time I use it just to turn off the microphone.

    How does one give permissions for Shazam to use the microphone on MacOS Monterey? The app offers no suggestions or help. Also, for me, the app shows up in the 'notched' area of my M1 Mac. Unable to activate the program from there, so I must go through the Launch Pad each time. When the app is activated (displayed), all it says is: "Microphone Off...Please allow access in System Preferences."
