The easiest data transfer app out of the dozen or so I’ve used.

  • Galaxy note 4 to iPhone 12

I was able to do a clean transfer from my 6 year old Samsung galaxy note 4, that actually still has the original OEM battery installed😳:) Is that amazing or what?? I’m using an unlocked note 4 with Consumer Cellular, and can’t seem to get anybody to commit to weather my 3G/4G LTE note 4 will Continue to be fully functional when 3G goes off-line. The note 4 is LTE, but everybody’s gray on the issue of whether it is VoLTE compatible or not on 4G.So begrudgingly, I’m moving on to a new phone just to be on the safe side. Hopefully the note 4 will continue to work and I can repurpose it as my spare phone, because even after six years I absolutely love this phone. It still does more than I need it to do💕 I was impressed, and pleased that the AT&T transfer app worked for me, being that I’m not an AT&T customer, and that Consumer Cellular just piggybacks on AT&T towers. My first attempt failed and only did a partial transfer, due to an error I made. The second attempt worked like a charm. Thank you AT&T!

  • Great App

Had trouble transferring content from my android phone to my iPhone; called the AT&T tech team up and they helped me get set up on this app. Everything that was compatible transferred. Took a super long time (about 10 hours) but I did have a lot of content to transfer. I decided to do the transfer overnight while I slept. Overall great app!

I tried several times to get all the data to transfer and each time getting several questions to answer before it would lock up. After giving and deleting the app I woke up and found the automatic backup. My contacts had doubled and some lost. Each contact was in my phone twice but only one of them had numbers and emails. It looked like all my photos were back on my phone even photos I deleted over days, months, and years ago were back on the phone. This isn't the first time I have changed phone or upgraded to new phone, so it’s not like I am ignorant to the process. It took me a couple of days to go through the phone and remove or add what this app screwed up. I would have been better off letting a blind monkey activate the phone. God Bless technology!!
  • Internet

Hands down the most expensive and worst internet I’ve used. To top it off I just spent 40 minutes getting to a support human and then the call randomly ended. AT&T is overrated, expensive and terrible
  • Great at what it does (had connection problems tho)

It did what is was supposed to do. Just had to have my old phone on top of my new phone to do it.
  • It literally only transfers contacts and photos.

I downloaded the transfer app thinking it would at least bring some of my apps and settings from my old phone but it literally only did contacts and photos. If I knew that I never would have bothered with this app. It is going to take me hours to get everything moved over to my new phone. You know, the things I actually use my phone for. I work for a startup that does everything through apps, clocking in and out, hr, benefits, time off requests, not to mention the dozens of apps I use everyday in my personal life. Thanks for literally nothing.
