    Previously paid for the subscription then canceled and used the free version. Now I’ve resubscribed to the premium membership. Free works fine but if you’re a data nerd 🤓 and truly want to make some changes, it’s totally worth the money!

    I know that I should rely on no app for diagnosis of a problem. This app, however, was very helpful and helping me to realize that I need to look into the fact that I may have sleep apnea. I went to see my doctor and told her some of my symptoms of fatigue and other things. The first thing she recommended was a sleep test. It’s on its way and we will find out if I have sleep apnea. If that’s the case, this app was very helpful and getting me to that conclusion. I like all the data that provides on my sleeping habits. I’m glad I downloaded it.

    It is performs well in every aspect with one exception, the AI insists it takes me 20 to 30 minutes to fall asleep. When I turn the AI off and do it manually it says it takes me 3 to 5 minutes to fall asleep. Problem is when I used to do it manually some nights I would be so tired I'd forget to start it. I've always been a fast sleeper - my wife is jealous that I lay down and within a minute or two am sound asleep. I really wish the AI wouldn't take so long to realize that I am asleep.

    I am really enjoying all the information every morning most of the time it is spot on and gives me a clear view of how I slept and how my husband did too. The sounds are very interesting to hear every morning and they may not always be correct I like that I can change them to what the really are. I do wish there were more choices of what the noises are though. It’s a great app and I have tried a lot of them. Thank you.

    I paid for the subscription, but I have not seen much added to this app compared to other sleep apps I use, so the value has decreased in recent years. Sometimes Pillow breaks Apple Watch sleep into multiple segments if you wake at night, it’s annoying and it’s difficult to merge them. Its own algorithm does not seem accurate and the smart alarm feature does not seem to work well. It’s ability to detect snoring is also not as good as other apps I use such as sleep cycle.

    I like because able to see how I am sleeping with this app it’s really easy to use and see how much true sleep I am getting. I use an Apple Watch to track makes it easier to track. 10-10 recommend.
