  • Didn’t Record Data

    By ramdje
Tried the app for the first time last night. Didn’t record one second of sleep. Troubleshooted from their help articles. Nothing worked. iOS is the latest and so was the app. Glad I didn’t waste money on the paid version.
  • Inaccurate

    By Jasonded
Recently had a night with a nasty 2 hour wake up that the app thought was a mix of light and deep sleep. How then can I think any of the data is correct? I can’t.
  • Disappointed Lifetime Premium User

    By XQZ492
As a lifetime premium member the requirement to pay a subscription fee for new features is disappointing. It comes across disrespectful to those who invested in a new fledgling app. Our lifetime purchase is in part what helped you become who and what you are. I have no interest in paying a monthly subscription for singular features that should be included with a lifetime premium membership. In effect you have thrown your loyal customers to the curb so you can come back at them with a subscription cost. This is disappointing. The app is great I use it daily. I have for several years. Today I will begin researching other options or may just use Apple Health.
  • Stopped working

    By Bobette134
It used to work fine. But since the latest update, it says I’m in deep sleep all night long every night. If I go into settings and reset my history, it will fix it for one night only, but I’d have to do that every night. It also stopped alarming loud enough to wake me. It’s suddenly super quiet. It’s kind of useless at this point.
  • . Maybe a bug??? Not recording accurate sleep

    By Rodney Gypin
I like to track all my sleep every day and see the time and quality but lately I have to reanalyze the day more and more I got the new series 7 Apple watch it should be more accurate . I keep it updated.
  • Doesn’t catch my sleep start time right.

    By HMoon79
I love everything about this except one thing. Sometimes it doesn’t catch my start sleeping time correctly. For example. Last night I was asleep much before 10. (I’m sick and remember waking up to look at the clock at ten) then I got up to go to the bathroom at 11 and that’s the time it recorded as my first time asleep. This happens a lot. So it’s not always accurate. Currently looking for something else to try.
  • Lack of response from development team

By SJ employee # 0 friend
Lacks basic functions that gives Americans and accurate time to go to sleep if your live the states that follow day light savings time. This also applies to people who travel internationally or even between time zones from state to state. How can you trust the recommended optimal sleep time features if it does adjust for these essential parameters. Not asking for app to help me fight jet lag but a simple button you can hit 2x a year to adjust for DST. The problem the app was designed for Europeans that don’t have day light savings time. If problems are not fixed soon plan on reaching out to Apple about pushing apps that do not work in the USA. Another button tied into your phones gps position to let you know your in a new title to ame zone so therefore adjust the algorithm accordingly. Sick of getting notes our team is looking and we will get back to you. Reviews seem that they have been telling people for months the same response. App also picks up naps maybe 50% of time. I you have serious sleep problems do not use the app. App has potential. I wish they would take a break from trying to add new features but rather perfect the basics of how a premium priced sleep tracker should work. Irene if she is not a bot seems very nice who’s hands are tied. I hope they can update their act together.
  • Uselss

    By Mary in Nevada
This waste of space fails to detect sleep. My other app says I got 7.5 hrs if sleep last night with 2 interruptions. This thing says I slept for 52 minutes. 😡
  • Difficult to use

    By BartokBeaverton
I’ve tried on four separate occasions to get this app to work on my watch using the automatic detection feature. Every time, the setup seems intuitive, but every time the app neglects to actually track my sleep data. I’ve consulted with other users in my family for whom the app works well and arranged my settings to reflect theirs exactly, to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating.
  • Greed

    By neo16769
Paid for the one time premium and now I have to subscribe for all the premium features? No thank you. This app is mediocre at best but if you have to subscribe monthly that will take it down to 1 star. Look elsewhere.
