So February 2023 my dad sent me $20 Apple Pay and I had no idea what to use it for until I found SHEIN! I got a white Tumblr and two phone cases! They come on May 1 or the last day of April I also got free shipping, which I love! second order because I still had some money left so I bought a water dispenser. I have $.15 cents left and I’m not sure and I can’t find anything with it. If you guys find anything, please let me know. There is no one to talk to about the refund and when you find one they make you do the investigation and at the end you do not get you money back unless you contact your Bank

I returned the products and they did not refund me

SHEIN set up very wired return policy and many frictions so that customers can give up returning. I placed many orders on 03/14, overall $552.05. I was traveling abroad in late March and early April and only came back this week. I initiated the returns before I left. However, when I came back, I found I just cannot put all the items into one parcel in one combined return. So, I asked SHEIN on 04/18. SHEIN said I could initiate returns separately for each order. Then I cancelled the combined return before midnight on 04/18. When I tried starting returns for each order at 1:00am on 04/19, I was told all the items were past due. Then I noticed that SHEIN’s return policy is 35 days from the day you placed orders. I felt furious that I cannot return because SHEIN gave me wrong guidance and misled me cancelled my combined returns. I talked to them back and forth on Facebook. It’s a long tedious and very unpleasant chat. They finally gave me an exempt and I provided them all the sku numbers of the items I need to return. It was this Friday. However, after I dropped a big box with all the items that I wanted to return in usps today, I found that SHEIN didn’t start the “processing return” for some of the items that I provided the sku numbers and have sent to usps. I asked SHEIN, SHEIN just keeps saying this “ I did check the items but this was already exceeded and we can process a return” What SHEIN had guided me to do is different each time. On Friday they told me they gave me the general return code for all the items that I provided them with sku numbers; on Saturday they said no. They ate their own words. I don’t know what to do now. I’ve disputed those transactions with SHEIN in my bank. SHEIN is disgusting and has the worst customer experience time.
