  • I can't do autoplay

    There is no such an option to allow me to select autoplay, or play in the background, even though the manual said there was.

    Transcript is no longer viewable in split screen view on ipad. Transcript also used to link to videos and you could click on the transcript and the video would play to align with your transcript selection.

    Lose track of where I am when I stop to write down notes. The highlighted sentence where the video is helps keep track of where I am.

    When logged in to the app, I can't see my Coursera courses. However I do see them when in the browser.
  • The app would be amazing but it has some problems

    I love being able to learn online and they offer so many programs and courses. But a couple of problems the app has the 1st one which is big for me the save notes does not work has not worked for months tried uninstalling and reinstalling I have tried a lot of things nothing. Then just recently the dialog and the video does not follow along like so when I stop to take notes nothing I have to scroll and keep reading the whole section. Video playback normal fixes it self but sometimes the audio sounds off.

  • No customer service

    I purchased their plus subscription last year and didn’t know it is on auto renewal. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw the transaction on my credit card but was not able to do that. Tried to contact their customer service but there are no number to reach to them. Created a case but no one is responding. It is almost like a scam. They didn’t notify about the auto renewal, sent an email about confirmation after they charged my credit card.

    Tried requesting a refund and submitted. When I went to check the status, it said that you have passed the timeframe. So I have emailed them as well
