    I used this app on my iPhone 14. After several months anytime I drove anywhere my phone would not connect for a data connection. I would have to turn off the cellular connection and turn it back on and sometimes I would have to put it in airplane mode and turn it off again. 6 months later the phone would not connect at all. The McAfee app, email, and several other apps said the was no internet connection. Safari would not work. After a week of talking to tech support from Verizon and apple I got a new phone. While transferring my information to the new phone, I noticed the new phone was acting just like the old one. I could not restore the old phone because I couldn’t connect to the internet to turn off the find my phone app so I started manually deleting apps. After deleting the McAfee app I noticed my old phone began connecting and working again. I deleted the app from the new phone and it also started working again. This was a week of frustration that never should have happened.

  • Impossible to turn off vpn with anything less than perfect service

    The app is generally ok but when my service gets bad I need to turn off the VPN to raise my connection speed but the app will not let you turn it off unless you have near perfect WiFi, even at full bars of LTE it will not even load the option to turn off vpn and it is unfuriating, most of the time when I have bad service I have to completely delete the VPN configurations and redownload them when I want to use the VPN again. Please fix this.

    Downloaded and installed and the got code 10002 that did not allow me to continue after paying. Not good. Refund, repair or replace please

    Made it so I couldn’t make or receive any calls. Then the customer support is in India. I cancelled. Never again buy McAfee

    The app is great… just paid for it and got it specifically for the Online Account Cleanup and couldn’t link my Outlook account, they only give permissions for Yahoo and Google. While that’s great, didn’t help much in my case as Outlook is my main email. Other than that, it’s been fine.

    One should be able to reset their password without having to call customer service, be in hold for 15 then finally get someone on the line from a foreign country who doesn’t understand you & whom you can’t understand. I was so frustrated I cancelled my subscription!!

    Don’t use this app! I agreed to the monthly charge of $8.99 but was charged $21.89. I tried calling customer service & you can’t understand nothing anyone is saying then I was hung up on when I requested a refund.

  • Won’t allow me to delete my account.

    After using the app and buying the subscription I realized I no longer wanted it. I canceled the subscription on my iTunes and tried deleting my account but it won’t let me due to the free trial. I’ve gone to the customer service at least five times and they cannot delete my account “due to the subscription being active” I do not want this account. Apple has approved my refund but I still cannot delete my account. On top of that they added another month to the subscription so now I can’t even delete it till September. I’m unsatisfied with this app and the service and would like my account deleted that’s all, but no I have to wait a whole two months. I don’t want its service anymore. I want my stupid account deleted.

  • It Blocks My Wi-Fi

    Okay so… after a while it tends to block my Wi-Fi from connecting. This happens after a few day on my iPad being sleep but not completely off. When I turn completely off and turn it back on, it tends to block my Wi-Fi from connecting and I end up deleting the app and reinstalling more than once. It’s really annoying. Please fix this.

  • Slow internet just like all the other vpn

    It works as it’s supposed to but is super annoying trying to use the internet. Pages don’t load or load slowly and a lot of pages make you verify you’re not a bot cause of the vpn. Kinda wish I didn’t pay for a entire year
