Expect to only get about 2 minutes of game play before it freezes and you have to close it out and reopen . . . If you are going to monopolize our ability to watch baseball games, at least provide an app that consistently works! So far you are a waste of money!

So many problems with this app. It cuts out all the time and either the screen freezes or goes black.

This app was great until the last update. Now it freezes up after a minute of watching it and you have to exit the app to get another minute out of it and repeat. It’s useless now

It logged me out and now there’s no field to select a provider to access the app.

Can’t wait until they completely out of business the worst

I open the app and it freezes in 45 seconds and it won’t unfreeze. So I close it and open it back up and in 45 seconds it freezes again. It doesn’t matter where I’m at, it doesn’t work

I have a new phone. Every other app that requires internet works fine, so it’s not the mobile data. It is simply impossible for me to watch on my phone. $20/month I expect it to work better.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I signed up for a trial back in April and immediately cancelled since my team was still blacked out. Yet I still get charged $20 every month. They say I don’t have an account and I’m not being charged. Yet every month there is a $20 charge from Ballys. I’ve given them all the information I have, bank statements showing I am still being charged, the card number etc etc and they just keep telling me I am not being charged and I don’t have an account. Stay away from this scam.
