Ticket disappeared during transfer to another person. The ticket did not show up in the other person’s account. It’s as if I never purchased the ticket at all.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Doesn’t allow tickets to be downloaded to your wallet, so if you phone won’t load at the concert you’re just out of luck. Always signs me out or doesn’t accept my password that I’ve had to reset several times and I used the same password every time.

Keep getting kicked out and having to log back on then what was there the day before is no longer there. Very frustrating!

Every time I’m trying to buy tickets it’s full password reset, verification 3x for everything and getting kicked out of the checkout process - Error flooding, Whoops - Something went wrong Situation. How about hiring the right people and fixing your security issues instead of pushing your unfinished solution on customers.

I’ve been trying all kinds of payment methods (PayPal, Amex, debit) in the app or various browsers for days. Always some problem actually making the charge.

This app sucked at jazz fest .. couldn’t sign for quite a while to get my ticket wasting my time OUTSIDE of the fest. Two 👎🏽👎🏽 down

I been trying to reach someone to discuss the wrong time for the Brittany Howard show… on the app it shows that the show starts at 9pm, but actually started at 8pm. I ended up missing 50 minutes of the show. :((

Ask anyone trying to buy tickets ti NO jazz fest. Absolutely horrendous experience getting tickets. The app crashed right when everyone was trying to get in.

Service fees that really drive record-breaking profits, a login staff that doesn't need to know about the venue, the outsourcing of ticketing into the hands of a small, ruthless few has certainly left a new aroma lingering.
