Great app, even accounting for the duplicity of Topps trying to pay for the cards as if they had NFT value while Topps sold the NFTs elsewhere. Now, having pumped and sold, Fanatics has abandoned the app at a time of increasing global interest in digital collectibles and football. Most other fanatics moves in the market have been fairly myopic and short term profit driven, and this feels little different other than how Penny wise and pound foolish it is. Also, amazing to not have a single communication in months to explain it to customers who’ve spent thousands on the app.

Would like to know when new cards are coming. Been wasting a lot of time saving coins. It’s been months since new cards have come out

Zero new MLS content since February! They have not put out any updates as to what’s going on. Great app but it is dying a slow painful death. Very disappointing.

I’ve played Topps Kick since 2016 and have enjoyed collecting cards and playing contests. Unfortunately Topps appears to have abandoned the app, as there has been no new content since March 28, 2023. There wasn’t even a warm body around to create a contest for the Champions League semifinals. Even worse for longtime Kick supporters, there has been ZERO communication from Topps on why there has not been any new content (including failing to issue a 2023 MLS base set). C’mon Topps—have some decency and let your customers know what’s going on. Fully expect their chatbot to spit out a canned message in response to this review…👇

Nobody respondes to my trades thats all my complaints it is very anoyying when you send a trade and nobody respondes

This app has had more updates than card drops . They ended all good active weekly sets and replaced them with nothing leaving users in the dark . Typical Topps before it shifts towards the archive. As someone who was on all those there now and went thru it I know it’s happening. It had potential and could have been more .

I’ve enjoyed this app for over a year and have been looking forward to seeing the new season of MLS cards. Well the season started over a month ago…

Where to begin. This app has so much potential, but the management team of the app is the worst. There are so many issues and they will not fix them. Support is a joke and I am sure are told to blame everything on a “3rd party”. Most of these issues all started within the last year. I think they are actively trying to kill the app. 1. Content being released. They recycle the same cards over and over again. When they release sets there is no consistency. Most insert digital cards should have card counts. Some do and some do not but there is no reason why some have them some have not. The premise of the app is to buy digital cards but unable to tell how many of a card are available. 2. Unable to actually get base cards. They have released base cards but there is no way to get them in the app. They only allow some base cards to be purchased and others cannot be purchased, crafted, or receive through the wheel spins. Topps does not care about this and when it is brought up through support do not offer solutions. 3. Game changer award cards. Topps gives awards cards but won’t put pictures on the cards. They give blank awards that are pointless and won’t do anything to fix them. They have been asked many times and no help is ever provided. They have been giving blank cards since august 2022 and will not fix them. 4. Contests. There are two types of people that play this game. Ones that collect cards only and ones that play contests. With the contests some cards work and some do not work. But all cards are available to play. Topps will not fox this even though they know it is an issue. Topps says they use a 3rd party for the contests but they have updated their scoring criteria and how the contests work but can’t give any information about how they work. Something’s work and some do not. Also with the scoring they give as many points for a dribble than they give for a goal or assist. They also release specific cards for specific contests and they do not work half the time. They expect us to spend money on the cards and yet they may or may not work. They advertise they will work though. This is a false advertising and they are stealing their customers money. Contests also have glitches and remove points for no reason and provide no support for their app. Now you may ask why I just don’t stop using it. I enjoy watching soccer(football) and like the players. I have spent money on the app and feel like Topps should fix the issues with their app or be held responsible for stealing money. Topps fix your App and your content.
