disappointed to see that this app no longer takes into account more than my last three periods, despite the fact that it used to claim that the longer you used it, the more data it has to cultivate more accurate results. That is one thing, whatever, but the near frantic obnoxious push notifications that I can’t turn off that are constantly begging me to buy their stupid subscription, and constant pop-up ads while opening and using their app after almost every little thing you do. It’s maddening. Went from the best period tracker to just another annoying and greedy ad-riddled app. We get you need money, man. But take note of how many bad reviews are only really talking about influx of ads and constant push notifications just making us read even more ads every single week about every single subscription discount to grace this earth, and reminders about the discounts, and reminders about reminders about the discounts…
  • Good tracker however…

I’ve used this app for 3 years: 2 years free version and 1 paid. I found it to be good for tracking my cycle and moods and so forth, but when I paid for the year long subscription I discovered their content to be disappointing. While they have a broad range of different topics they cover, they try hard to be inclusive and aren’t always willing to say females in their verbiage, but rather “people with vaginas”. This is like a slap on the face as a woman. While I realize that not everyone may feel like they identify as male or female, the reality is that basic biology says we’re either born with a XX chromosome (female) or a XY chromosome (male). In their article on the stages of pregnancy, they talk about the different weeks and development the baby is undergoing, but don’t want to call it a baby due to their stance on abortion. They show that the fetus has a central nervous system at 4 weeks, but don’t give it the dignity of saying it’s a baby. Mind boggling and disappointing to say the least. I’m deleting this app for good.

I used to be really bad at keeping track of when my periods take place. Thankfully, this app exists! For the past 4 years I’ve been able to track everything, including my mood, exercise, and sleep intake. Not to mention IT’S FREE!!!!! :)💜
  • Has been a marketing spam app

This app has no way to turn off push notifications for marketing. Imagine getting a push notification, thinking oh it must be my period coming up - nope. Just letting you know of some promotion. It’s gross
  • Update is SUPER pushy on using paid version

I am SO close to getting rid of Clue. The new update has it so that a pop up happens every button you push asking you to sign up for the paid version. Just throw an ad in there once per day to get money from me that way. A pop up on every screen is beyond annoying and wouldn’t encourage me to sign up for premium anyway.
  • Stop with the ads

I only use this to track my period and literally every single time I open the app the ads start and every time I’ll add something to track another pop up comes up. I think after I’ve said no every single time it could stop for a while but it’s constant. It doesn’t even have the x in the corner on the ads sometimes only a continue button where it takes you to the plus page. I’m about to delete this app if the ads don’t stop.Im not stupid I know I can add the plus option but I want the free version!

the app CONSTANTLY has pop-up screens trying to force you to buy a paid subscription. it’s infuriating to open an app for what should be a 30 second entry and have it take more than twice as long due these greedy tactics.
  • great app function, too many ads

I’ve used this app for several years and have loved the interface. However, in the last year the amount of ads that have popped up are becoming insufferable. Everytime I open the app or log a symptom, a full screen ad for the app’s paid version appears. I understand the need to advertise, but the amount of advertising has made me move over to another tracking app. If the ads were limited to a banner or didn’t show up after every time the app is opened/symptom is logged, I would return.

omg everytime I open the app I get a pop up for me to buy their subscription and it’s multiple pop ups. I get if it happened once maybe twice but it happens everytime and when I close both ads they sometimes even pop up again. I’ve used this app for years and it was great when I didn’t constantly get an ad but now it’s getting so frustrating. I don’t wanna be frustrated when I’m on my period. There needs to be a way to turn off those pop ups in app!!!
  • Great app but too much subscription pushing

I love this app and have been using it for years!! But I’ve been pretty disappointed the last year or so, with just HOW much pushing of paid memberships / subscription there is. The pop ups for the paid tiers are far too frequent.
