Every time I scan the QR code, it navigates me to the controller app to download, even though I have it downloaded. I can see from the reviews I’m not the only one with this issue

The QR code just takes me to the App Store. I downloaded the app the first time but it still takes me to the App Store every time I scan the QR code.

If you receive a text or anything during gameplay, the controller disconnects from the game and you can’t reconnect or exit or anything and basically have to restart Netflix on your TV.

It’s not working i don’t know if it doesn’t work for iPad or just for phones

tried on several devices, all apple products, and it wont work on any and my chromebook is unresponsive so i'll update if it works on there i guess. all it does is bring me back to the apple store.

I really enjoy playing all the games and I believe it is a great concept but with the 1.4.8 update I believe the app will not allow me to play and it will say I need to have it downloaded even if I already do but overall ever game I have played is fun and once again great idea I’ve just been having trouble using the app to play the games on my tv.

So, I am a teenager with parental controls on my iPhone. I downloaded the app after asking my parents to put in a password, etc. then I scan the QR code on my TV then clicked open app, but then something pops up, ‘Ask permission to get this app from the app store’ and I am like, wait what? I already have the app, it’s right here! So I was thinking, maybe you guys could add a QR code scanner inside the app? So that kids and people with parental controls can still use the app, which looks pretty cool!!! (Three stars! Would give five if it would work 😭😭😭)

I got this game like a month ago and not it won’t let me play the game. I love the games but the connection with the controller is terrible idea!😤😡

It is a great concept and all, but it would be easier if you could connect though Bluetooth. Also I want to see some multiplayer games and more game options. I can’t wait to see the full version released.

I played for one day then the next day it would not let me play or would not let me connect so I’m kinda sad that I can’t play
