    This app WAS great, until they came out with a subscription version. Now this app that I paid for advertises every time I start it and tries to trick me into “upgrading” when there is no upgrades that make it worth the money monthly. The app I paid for also conveniently closes after I finish recording, before saving to my photos album like it has for the last year plus. So do your self a favor and don’t waste your time or money on anything from this company , they only care about money.

    Just bought the 15 pro max and would like to use the pack (that I paid for) in 10 bit with all the new 15 pro max formats We love u guys DONT LEAVE US BACK we wont ever pay a subscription But we wont ever leave u even when there is a free blackmagic app

    Bought Filmic Pro. Loved it. Just as other reviewers say they moved to subscription and offer a legacy app now. So lame. People who bought before should of been grandfathered in or offered a discount, or money back. Moved to BeastCam won’t be looking back.

    I have noticed that the new V7 version has a lot of the good stuff that the old loyal users suggested sometime ago. I guess we were under the impression that you would put those improvements into the V6 back then since you secretly created the V7 behind the scenes using a few our ideas. Anyhow., I understand you’re in this to make money so I understand the subscription model. Perhaps you guys could create a third app that would use the original interface, but with all the new great features… bold grids, Focus Assist, Turn off Latency in Extreme Stabilization. The v6’s arcs exposing ISO and zoom simultaneously was what made the V6 popular with those of us whom the automatic features didn’t work so well in our particular recording situation. Currently in the V7 in the landscape position it’s still a tricky to try to quickly change the qam wheel from exposure to zoom when we need to do it very quickly. I understand you tried to do the same concept with the zoom slider on the right but it is difficult to operate to get the same effect as a manual arc or wheel. (For slower or partial zooms) I wish there was an option to swipe that out in exchange for a wheel just like the one on the left side. So perhaps you guys could come up with a third app that would use all of your awesome new features of the V7 but would use the interface of V6. You could call it Filmic Classic Plus ? Lol!! Idk. That would be up to you guys. Anyway, thanks for fixing the V6 model a couple of months back. 👍 Really appreciate it!

    On top of everything else that blows about the shocking death of this app, which once was the peak of video, now Rode mics aren’t recognized anymore when plugged in, so the audio is just normal phone audio. So the app just randomly crashes during videos, every day, multiple times a day (if you still use this joke of an app), the audio is not professionally useable, and the company HATES ITS CUSTOMERS WHO HATE THE COMPANY IN RETURN. I feel like this app is the perfect example of how the envy of the app world can become a despised and vile sack of garbage overnight, and become the laughing stock refuse of both the Apple and Android ecosystems. What a shame. Unbelievable.

    I don’t know if you guys are getting greedy or just simply bored. This used to be the best app on the market. I had a subscription to all of your services. Then I looked up and you guys changed your subscription. Why??? Then somehow I’m not subscribed, when I paid in full a year ago..Smdh

    This is the original app and is still great to use. If you’re upset about the new subscription based model go onto the NEW app (not this one) and down vote it until Apple takes it off the store. I’m voting this up to keep it on here because I still use it but I’m down voting the new one because they screwed us over with the subscription based model that basically does THE SAME THING.
