Even when my phone is muted, the music plays using my digital key.

I am a frequent Hilton hotels patron so I rely on this app to work consistently. All day today it has not. It’s really disappointing. Between two hotels in one day and nothing. I need it to book, check rates and I love checking out the floorplans and picking my room. However that last option only works on the app. I can’t favorite my hotels nor get my digital key. I actually had to go to the front desk and register after waiting for an entire bus load of people, no joke, an entire bus load of people check in at the front. All tourists who just flew in from LAX - difficulty with front desk agent a language barrier of sorts. Had the app worked today and me receiving the digital key I could’ve bypassed that. Frustrating.

Tech is great. The hotel I tried to stay at next to CVG the front desk old woman is the worst person at customer service. She kicked me out even through I had two booked reservations. The men threaten to beat me up in the lobby. Maybe I should just press charges and call my lawyer. Bad bad bad customer service.

For over a year I was gold status mainly staying on level one or two. I stay nearly once a month. After March, I went to silver status and now have to stay on level 3 or 4. The biggest reason I stay at the doubletree is the restaurant and the service Sally provides when I have dinner. I was provided a $15 credit to use as a Gold Status. This is now gone too. Many of my peers stay down the street and I am thinking after this stay to join them.

I'm loving this app. It connects well to the info we need to book a variety of Hilton stays.
