    Love the flexibility, love the accountability, love the accountability and the gentle nudging, love the lessons and the lack of rigid rules. Love green, yellow and red (what’s yellow?) Love the lessons I’m learning about my choices. The same old body, and I do mean old, keeps plateauing and the days I exercise most are followed by me gaining a lb the next day🙃. I’ve learned I can’t allow myself 1200 calories. I think maybe 1,000. But I’m happy. My favorite thing in the whole world is learning and that’s what I’m doing.

    Hello. I am Susan and have been on Noon for 28 days today. I truly thought I was cooking food correctly. I am now down a out 26 lbs and feel so motivated despite my knee injury which had prevented me from going on my daily walk. So. I started swimming again and feel so much better. One day at a time! Don’t give up. I baked a cake for a neighbor and of course was talked into eating a piece. I felt so guilty and discouraged BUT still doing well I recommend this program to everyone. I have tried ALL the other pfogresms and failed but I won’t this time.

    I love the Noom app and have been using it every single day for months now. But in the past week it has stopped working and won’t let me input any of my food. The entire reason I have the app is to log my meals, and its not serving its one and only purpose
  • Courses have major issues loading.

    The Noom program itself (hacking the brain to train habits) is great, unfortunately the app falls waaaaay behind. Courses often hang before loading for several minutes, and currently do not load at all.

    Started this all motivated and went ahead and paid the hefty fee to start the program. Didn’t even do the trial, just went straight to it and paid them and can’t access the lessons. They are literally blank. Did everything to get it going and nothing. Apparently someone will reach out to me???? Let’s hope that happens because it honestly feels like I just flushed $150 down the drain. Do better if you’re going to charge people that amount

    I love using NOOM. I eat Keto plan. The daily analysis shows the amount of red foods, but I wish there was an additional count for carbs.

    It appears to combine aspects of other plans that I have tried over the years, ie, WW, MyFitnessPal and Curves. I do like the analysis feature, as it gives a good visual of the foods eaten that day. It would be nice if each day displayed the current date. And a report option so I could see what I’ve consumed over a period of time, for medical reasons. It is cumbersome to backtrack through each individual day and without a date display it is kind of annoying. Sorry. However, overall I am enjoying it. I look forward to the daily lessons and also the weigh in each morning. Although in one month I am only down 3 lbs.
