Some people don’t have money. It’s a great app but I feel like we shouldn’t have to pay for protection. I feel like some things should be paid for and some shouldn’t. Like there could be different types of protection. Like for example there could be a default(which would be free but have less things), silver, and premium. It would help customers and it would help you. This is all opinion and just keep doing what you are doing 👍

Over a year ago my IPhone and IPad were protected by Trend Micro. For some reason when I renewed, only the protection of my IPhone worked. My IPad has never been protected by your security, as near as I can tell, since. It asks me to renew/reactivate but it does not. This is my second year of renewal for IPhone without IPad coverage. 🧐
