I have always trusted consumer reports so I’m so glad that this app exists. I just found it and I’m really glad to have a place to look for things like mattresses and things that usually just I shake my head and I think where can I find a good review and I trust you guys so that’s worth a lot.

You not only have to know WHAT you are looking for, you have to know CR’s terminology! Exact spelling! No short cuts or abbreviations . No hints or redirections are provided.

It is an excellent app for both from-home shopping and in-store shopping; always having product ratings easily accessible makes a significant difference, especially when making major purchases that cost thousands of dollars. consumer reports vice a truly awesome service that I have found to be easily accessible and dependable. Over more years than I’d care to admit, I have found CR to be a huge time saver especially when making a major purchase. Although no rating service can be guaranteed, I have found that, for the most part, CR has been an extremely reliable resource that I have come to depend on when deciding on what will be the most practical, reputable, and well-made product before I pick up the phone or head out the door.

Sadly, the products I wanted information on are not available on the app version. Hopefully I’ll find it useful in the next year. However, unlikely to renew OR recommend to others. Developers need to seriously work on this app to include every feature you’d get from the website version.

Here are a few items I bought recommended as Best Buy’s and have been 100% satisfied with purchases. BBQ, Dishwasher, (2) Mobile Phone’s, washer and dryer and so many smaller items. Too many to list… CR provides Great information and insight without the hype or sales pitch. WE LOVE CR

Used the app frequently to research purchases but have not had access to ratings on the app since the last update 1 month ago. The update said it was to fix bugs but it looks like some more bugs need fixed!

Whether large purchases or small, this app and the membership has helped us make quick, educated choices.
