I am a good man, with a good career, I work with criminal psychiatric patients. Although being permanently banned from Tinder and Hinge makes it incredibly difficult to focus and do a good job at work. I am also physically fit with a heart of gold, but this is my story: My oldest sister died when I was three years old, I grew up with a narcissistic verbally abusive alcoholic father, I was bullied in elementary school and middle school for having a small head, they called me “Beetlejuice“, and I lost the love of my life in 2016. So then why, WHY do I deserve all of that pain and suffering, and then also get the pain and suffering and loneliness that comes from being banned from the two most popular places to find love and intimacy? WHY are you doing this to people? Why don’t any of you have empathy or remorse for the loneliness and depression you are contributing to for thousands and thousands of people? I was very careful and respectful on Hinge because I read reviews of the Match Group permanently banning people all the time. And I was STILL permanently banned. I was either banned for sending the red flag emoji “🚩” to some women as an introduction because at least they responded to that since they get asked “hows your day” by 300 men every day; I was trying to be different. Or I was banned due to revenge reporting because I did not want to have sex with a woman after a date, and she probably reported me and lied, which has since had a permanent detrimental effect on my dating life and mental health, and the Match Group continues to show no remorse or empathy for the mental health issues they are causing people. It is completely ridiculous and unethical that this company just permanently bans users, without a warning, without giving them a reason, and without a second chance. This company is having detrimental effects on millions of peoples mental health. It is truly sickening and inhumane. Bernard Kim and Justin McLeod, PLEASE listen to your customers. Please just PLEASE change your banning policy to three months, then six months, THEN a permanent ban. People truly deserve a second chance when it comes to finding love and intimacy. I am someone who has been severely affected because I am diagnosed with anxiety, and Tinder and Hinge were the only ways I was able to meet people because I have diagnosed severe anxiety disorder and cannot talk to women in person. Tinder and Hinge made it easy for me to truly showcase my positive attributes which is something I cannot do in person. PLEASE just please change the banning policy. It is negatively affecting so many peoples life. It is not like being banned from Twitter or Facebook, those don’t affect peoples love life and mental health. But being banned from the most popular dating apps like Tinder and Hinge has SEVERE mental health consequences for people. Why do you continue to not even care that you are causing such extreme loneliness, depression, and mental health issues due to your permanent banning policy? Bernard Kim, Justin McLeod, Just PLEASE listen to your customers. It is truly one of the most inhumane policies to exist. You truly have no idea what it’s like to have severe anxiety, be under 6 foot, and live in such a low populated area of the country. The ONLY way I was able to date was because of Tinder and Hinge. 90% of reviews and complaints on the BBB, Google, and the App Store are about being banned. Why can’t you just listen to your customers? We are the people who helped build this company into a monopoly. Don’t you want to do something good for people? I know there is a woman out there who deserves my love and would love for me to make her a cup of coffee every morning, deserves flowers just because it’s a Tuesday, and deserves the emotional support and kindness I can give her….but we cannot meet because you have permanently banned me. PLEASE, listen to your customers.

The whole swipe to maybe be spoken to system is broken. You can’t filter by the qualities you actually find attractive in a mate and as a male you need to know: this app is working against you not for you. This app is built to accommodate women specifically and seems to benefit those most with social anxieties and their avoidant attachments. You cannot pursue someone you particularly like, and you will basically never have a conversation with these faces. Most feel like fake accounts or are otherwise inactive. It’s holding males hostage for hundreds of dollars with the hope of showing your face to a real woman and it really feels like it’s not doing that. I would love to see some transparent statistics on this app but if they did that they’d be showing us just how little they’re doing for males here. Don’t waste your time. Join a club, go outside you’ll meet way more women. This is a scam.
