I subscribed to premium but both the iphone app and Mac app do not recognize my subscription. No contact or help from GoPro as they only have a phone line - not email nor chat support - so nothing to help on the weekends. I should have looked at other options when upgrading my action cam. UPDATE Developer referred me wanting to know about issues but link to saem web site with limited help.

Looks like im not the only one who has struggled with all of my footage turning slow motion when I download it onto my iPhone. It’s not intuitive to fix either. Very disappointing.

this app is so buggy and so slow. Often times I can't see the camera even when it is connected to my mac via USB-C. Videos load extremely slowly on this app.

One of the worst apps made so far! While watching a video if you pause it, you have to restart it because it can't load. When you re-enter the video, the seek bar has poor performance. The seek bar isn't easy to navigate with, I constantly lose parts, or end up rewatching huge chunks because of it's poor navigation experience. There is no AirPlay included or any sort of cast option. Please include features that enable it to view it on a bigger screen without the need for moving the files to local devices.

Great app, the only bug is that it uploads the original videos and not the edited ones. Have to edit in quick and spend extra time.
