    I will be canceling my subscription of over a year due to no updates and my name is still not on my parcels. I bought my property over a year ago. I was told by someone from LandGlide that it automatically updates and I have to wait. Well I am done waiting. I have trespassers on occasion and would like to show them I am the owner of my property but I can’t with this app. Will be finding another app in the very near future.

    Unfortunately the app is pulling faulty data for my area. I own two parcels and one is shown as owned by someone else. I looked up the name and that person owns 1 acre in another part of the county. The map shows my neighbor’s land is almost 20 acres but the description says 5 acres. The 5 acres is correct. Not sure where you pull data.

    I’ve been paying $99.00 a year and the entire town I work in is incorrect. I type in an address and it takes me to a completely different part of town. As a realtor I’m at a showing and the address on app is wrong, the names/information is wrong. I’ve reported it repeatedly without success. Expensive app to just see a lot line when you’re physically on location as you can’t type it in and get to it.

    This is one of my favorite apps. I work in real estate, so I use it constantly to help my clients. I also find myself curious about acreage, owner info, or surrounding property owners/zoning etc. I also use it multiple times a week in my personal life for various reasons. It’s also very useful when you’re walking a large piece of land just to understand where you are on the property. Even more so when the property lines aren’t marked. I use it to measure how many feet of road frontage a property has. The distance and acreage calculation is so helpful.

    This app is great. We really love all the insights gained from investing the land around our property. The only issue is that we bought a piece of land about a year ago and it was not updated with us as the owner , that is to be expected though.

    The information provided is not only inaccurate. in one case that I’m sure of, because I own it, the owner data is more than five years old. if you can’t rely on the information why have the app?

    You guys did an update last year and no matter what when I go to it wherever you last used it is where it’s locked and I can hit the locator button and it will not work. The only way I get it to work as I have to put the address in and sometimes it works. Not sure what’s going on with your program.
