I noticed them beta testing the “search with AI” feature and it was so terrible, it never presented me with the right products. Now it appears they have just pushed that to prod. Searching is impossible. I’m having to browse aisle by aisle. At this rate, I might as well go in the store.

They have not delivered everything that i ordered and they haven't sent me a credit back. They keep on declining your issue i also attached proof that i haven't received what ive ordered but no use.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience using a product or service. I have the chase reserve card so part of my benefit is tied to instacart, so not being able to use the service is quite jarring. First off I created my account earlier this year, I have not done a delivery before but was thinking about getting a few items. Since creating my account I get tons of marketing emails from the instacart team and I was sent a promo, but when I tried to make an order the order automatically cancels. I proceed to get sent an email from the “Trust and Safety Team” saying we detected unusual activity related to your account and have placed it on hold. What is unusual about doing your first order!? Then I get asked to send verification through a secure upload link to which is asking for my drivers license and my credit card with some numbers blocked. How is that not a terrible experience for your first order!? Asking a user for personal information? After I send these things I get sent an email from customer support saying “unfortunately we are unable to reactivate your account and are no longer able to use our services.” WTH!? Is this the worst user experience possible? You not only say specifically why but someone sends private documents to verify and you send a message saying I can’t use the service. This is terrible and I’m sure other people experienced this as well, so I’m posting this review for visibility and a call to action for Instacart to be better. The “Trust and Safety” team needs to have accountability and should be reviewed for false removals of accounts.

More than 50% of my orders to my building, which includes the code access to enter are not the people on the actual app. For example, there will often be a woman shopper on the app and then you could tell from the shopping style and also when they arrive to deliver that it’s often a strange man, that now has access to my building. why is Instacart allowing strange men who are not registered with Instacart to come into my building. This has been reported, many times. Instacart is not safe.

I moved to a new city and instead of reaching out to confirm purchases Instacart nuked my entire account and refused to reimburse me for the membership I paid for or reapply it to my account. Customer service has been hostile and refuses to work with me.

Always a good experience

Most of the time the “right” items arrive - very quickly. A good and valuable service!

Amber was gracious to get 2 things that I needed and put them on her receipt because she was already in check out mode. They were major items that I needed! I’m very grateful for her extra effort.

I made an order at 7 and was told that my order working be ready by 8:30. My order was never filled and the store closed. They refused to let me speak to a manager. I was passed around to several people. They kept telling my order was coming and never will because the store closed for the night. Told me the store was buy but when I went to pick up my order there was two people there. I have several screen shots with the associates I spoke to. I will be taking action.

Almost every order has some sort of issue or is not fulfilled. Customer service is awful.
