I love this app it has helped me a lot but the charts are not user friendly. I can’t see or print my blood pressure/heart rate chart. I use to be able to see it but now I can’t. It’s very frustrating! I wish the charts were better so I could take to my doctor instead of having to track my results on paper.

So glad I found this app. Diabetic, so all features are very helpful to keep track of carbs, protein and fat intake, not to mention my weight! Now have celiacs (2018) so my focus has switched a bit, to overall nutrition.

Been using this app for 3 weeks and have lost 15 pounds. This really keeps me on track if you stick to the work. Feeling energetic again. Amazing how your body responds when you feed it good things. Thank you for the guidance and helping me stay on track.

I’m having trouble navigating your app easily. Do you have directions or navigating suggestions for a novice?
  • Great for tracking

The only reason that the app does not get a 5 star from me is that the good pics do not match the item well. All spring roll pics are fried but I don’t know if fresh spring rolls are correct as they are not fried. Many issues like this. But great for fudging a good tracking.

Every micro and macronutrient is trackable in this app and it’s highly customizable, and each food in their database is verified, so you know your tracking is 100% accurate. Tracking is easy and you can see which food(s) are the largest contributors to a particular micro or macro, which is really helpful. Sync with Apple Health is seamless. The Apple Watch works great with this app too, and there are a lot of complication options. I can’t say enough good things and I’ve tried just about every nutrition tracking app available–this is the best one out there! Just get this app, you won’t be disappointed!
  • Need to accommodate IF users

I love this app, and have been using a version since it first came out. I am not diabetic, but switched to this version when I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic several years ago. Knowing I had a family history, I wanted to be proactive, and this app gave me the tools to do that. The numbers of foods in the system is helpful, and it’s made a difference in the way I view eating. But… I’ve switched to intermittent fasting about 6 months ago, and only eat once a day, with a fairly late window. This has made a marked improvement in my A1C and I’m now much healthier in many ways. I know this will be my eating plan going forward. I tried several of the IF apps, but they’re all fairly rigid, and I don’t need the coaching and support in an app, so this app is still my “go to” tracker. If it would stop nagging me to log my breakfast first thing in the morning, I’d be very happy. Adding some settings to accommodate IF would make this the perfect app!!

It took me about six years but slow and steady, and totally relying on MyNetDiary, I was able to track my diabetes, the food I ate, and so much more. At first I used the free edition and it handled all of my needs. A few months ago I invested in myself and purchased the full app and I’ve never been happier! My A-1 C is down to 6.0; my BMI is 20! I use the app religiously. Daily, several times a day, I enter what I’ve eaten-every scrap of food. I track my blood glucose, my insulin and my medication. The built-in pedometer, through the Apple health app, tracks my steps so I can log almost 2 miles walking every day. Thousands of recipes included so I can use the menu planner to figure out what I want to eat during the week and still keep my calorie count. And when I am at my goal weight, MyNetDiary can continue to help me by giving me my calorie range for my lifestyle. MyNetDiary has become a part of my life and I really can’t imagine living without it!
