you have no customer servive to talk to when there is a problem willing to take peoples money and could have made mmuch more then that if you only had a actual customer service line thats human all this app did is take my money in take it agian stole my money 2 times my account has credits and refuses to give me ride untill this is fixed i will save hundrees walk to work in if my money is not back or no one calls me i will promise not to change this review i know how to fix the problem but you must send my money back now. i dont send 1 star cause i had to its the minimum

I used to rely on Lyft to quickly get me ride home from the airport when traveling home from work trips. The past several times I’ve tried to use them, they promise to connect me to a driver within 7 or 8 minutes; 20 minutes later, still no driver. Lyft, no one wants to stand outside at the airport for half an hour or more, late at night, waiting for your app to do its job. I’ve cancelled and used Uber instead. They cost a little more, but they connect me to drivers fast.
