the last 3 times i’ve had to wait double the time because it says the bus “never arrived” but it makes no sense how that keeps happening. also if your running to your stop it will think you’re already in the bus and will make it difficult to find your stop because the bus icon is in the way so you have to exit out then research the line.

Used to be great. Now, can’t access any lines close to me. None of them.
  • Weekend Schedule

I love the app and have used it for years. However lately I don’t like using it on the weekends because it’s not accounting for weekend transit. I don’t think this should be hidden under Royal. It becomes misleading. In MARTA’s case The red line doesn’t do its whole run. Goes from North Springs to Lindbergh station very unlike week days where the whole route is North Springs to Airport. Unfortunately the weekday schedule is the only option showing up on the weekend when technically it’s not even an option. Those that aren’t familiar with the weekend route adjustment will be mislead into thinking the Red Line is run its whole route and be wondering how to get to their destination which on the weekends would be to switch to the yellow line a Lindbergh station for the rest of the way. This really needs to be addressed and not just hidden behind the paid tear.
  • Not accurate

Chicago CTA bus schedule is completely off and giving FALSE arrival times. Fantom times are posted giving false hope of a bus. Then the true time pops up that can sometimes be 20 minutes long. Then it completely disappears.
  • Ruined by monthly subscription.

This app used to be amazing. I used it for years. But now they want a monthly subscription just to see bus lines near your house. Disgusting and inaccessible. An option to buy the app once would make sense, but requiring monthly payments for people who already can barely afford to get around is inhumane.
  • Usually good but can sometimes seriously mess up your transit

The map isn’t clear enough. I walk in circles because I’m not sure which way the map wants me to go to the next stop. It has given me subway routes that are suspended, and the app is AWARE that subway route is suspended, and puts it on my trip planner ANYWAYS.
  • Almost useless now

When I first started using this app it was decently consistent but now I feel like it’s constantly giving me false information. I use it for LA Metro and mostly for bus lines. It will tell you your bus is arriving in nine minutes for example, and you’ll keep checking in to see that everything is on track. It will seem fine and sometimes even count all the way down to one minute or zero minutes and the the bus… just doesn’t arrive. It’s left me standing on the sidewalk waiting, angry, so many times. I know it’s a third party app but obviously there is a disconnect somewhere. Commuting by bus in Los Angeles is frustrating enough without fase information.
  • Wrong times- used to be accurate.

Lately I’ve noticed that the times are completely wrong. For example. Today I was at the station with about 10 minutes to spare according to the train schedule AND the app. But once I arrived, after a few minutes the app said that my next train was coming in over an hour. But really I was less than 10 mins away. The other day it said the bus was coming in about 15 mins. Well that was wrong too & I missed my train that day. I’ve been using this app for several years & have not had as many issues in those few years as I have had in just the past few weeks alone. It’s extremely frustrating since this is causing me to be late for work or get home later than I should since I am going based on what this app says, which like I said has been accurate for years until now. ***very upset user ***
  • This App is truly confusing

This app I have no idea why our City thinks this helps!!! It’s only good for seeing options of routes only while it tracks you to find a bus in real time, yet when your looking at route it will show a bus crossing and going to location you need when actually it does NOT, so make sure you look at connecting buses at the stop. Yet, then in purplish color it says options and doesn’t give except NAME OF STREETS!!!! CINCINNATI METRO DO BETTER THAN THIS FOR OUR CITY!!!
