    the 4-digit code for in-person order check-in (to get points) does not work on my phone. i have an iphone SE because i hate big phones. it appears to not properly reformat for smaller screens, because it the "check in" spot gives me the first two digits of the code followed by "..." because it runs out of space to display the next two digits (i assume - this is the only explanation i can come up with).

    Every time I try to use the code for the Tuesday drops, it always says I’ve already redeemed it, even though I haven’t checked out. So I always miss out on Tuesday drops. Thanks a lot Taco Bell. Guess I’ll go eat somewhere else.

    I will delete this app. Taco Bell prices are equal to Mexican Restaurants now. The people they’re hiring don’t care about kindness and the food I’ve been buying there lacks protein. Where’s the meat?

    I’ve been using the app for years. I love the app and the reward system but I would love if they added more miles stones. Currently the highest tier you can get is fire and you only need 2000 points to get there. I’m sitting at over 32,000 points and would love if you would add more tiers such as a Diablo tier at 10k.

    There are many problems with the app while trying to checkout like buttons not working. Having to restart the app over and over again seems absurd compared to the other fast food applications.

    The app constantly sends order to stores 30 minutes away with no warning (with no refund, and no food). Also because my address zip code changed I have to enter my cc info every time I order, and no matter how many times I try to change it, it reverts to the original…

    Taco Bell has completely changed the way you order through the app. I used to be able to order and go to the window, tell them my name and they’d make my food. Now all of a sudden, I order, go to the speaker and they tell me they can’t make my food until the time it says it’ll be ready on the app? This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever experienced on a food app. Change it back. There’s no improvement with this.

    The app is slow and crashes often. When we make it to check out it tells us something is wrong any time we have boxes in our cart, it changes the icon for the box to a blank picture and the name of the box changes to one of the items in it. Taco Bell is too expensive to eat at if you’re not ordering the boxes, I could take my family out to a sit down Mexican restaurant for those prices. If we can’t order boxes we aren’t eating Taco Bell.
