Chic fil a is good!

The last few orders I’ve tried to place have been giving me error code 422. I’ve researched how to fix, done fall the steps and still can’t get an order in. Each time I try, $1 is conveniently held though. That feature works. I have $10 being held but cannot place an order. This is happening on the latest version or the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it twice and still having same issue. I’ve changed what I ordered in case it was a discontinued menu item (which they are not) and still can’t order.

The brand as a whole, never misses a beat. They are number one, in my book, with customer service and the food is great across the board. I’m a forever customer!

Other than collecting points and pay in one place it’s not really an app to help make life efficient. You literally have to go inside and tell them to start your entire order which means you wait just as long. It even goes so far to tell you you’re twenty minutes away but you’re order is going to take 13 minutes once you get there. So instead of having the app wait 7 minutes to start the order so you don’t have to wait, you have to manually start it while it keeps telling you you’re too far away.
