    Why have an app if the store doesn't receive the order until after I show up to pick it up. Would have been faster and less hassle to order in the store.

  • Can’t place orders due to weird bug

    Okay so I placed a delivery order through this app for the wrong address, so I called the number to cancel the order. I go back in to place another order to the correct address and it won’t let me, saying I need to cancel my order in progress. So there’s nothing I or customer service can do, the order is cancelled but the app won’t recognize that. I’ve logged out, deleted the app, etc. and it’s still bugged. So I basically can’t place delivery orders because of a mistake. My app is completely bugged out.

    Ever since the Chick-fil-A app removed the ability to add special request to orders I have had to go through the drive-through or get down and order my chicken burritos because the app does not have the option to remove eggs and I am no longer able to request through the special request function. This is extremely inconvenient and at the very least there needs to be functionality to remove egg from the breakfast chicken burrito

    I’ve tried it twice. The first time it worked, but the wait in the “Mobile Thru” line was interminable. The drive-thru was actually faster. The second time it moved more quickly, but the QR code returned an error message so my order was never sent. The manager did a wonderful job of making it right, but still, the regular line would have been faster for me. All this app does is let you pay in advance. They don’t start your order til you get there, so what’s the point besides establishing another line? Deleting the app and will stick to the drive-thru
