  • Basic cocktails are missing ingredients. It’s an ad.

Recipe for Aviation doesn’t have creme de violette because the app doesn’t recognize that liqueur. So the recipe is just maraschino, gin, and lemon, which is not an Aviation, but is GARBAGE. Mostly wants to use a limited range of branded liquors. Free to download, the first recipe I clicked on required that I pay $3.99/month or some yearly fee. I paid the $3.99 and cancelled as soon as I found out that the app is GARBAGE.

So far this is, comprehensively, the best bar app I’ve had yet. If I were to give one request, it’d be to now layer in the brands and years of bottles, so you can keep track of specific bottles on your bar rather than “bourbon”. Other than that, keep it up!!
  • Devs gone?

I upgraded my phone and my cocktails were gone. Reached out and email was bounced back. The only reason I bought premium was to have an app I could add to. Thought my Apple backup would protect me. Nothing there.
  • Updates please!

I’ve been using this app for over a year and love it except for the fact that updates really should happen more often and include more cocktails. I mean where is the “Contessa”?!?!
  • Joke.

Downloaded this app and liked what I was seeing. So I purchased the premium option. Now I can’t even open the app. I emailed customer support and have yet to hear back. It’s been a few days.

Five stars for its smooth look, beautifully laid out recipes. However, they lose one star for how few recipes the $19 annual fee unlocked, and another for have a $19 annual fee.

Love the app, but why, when I’m in the Surprise Me section, is there not a next arrow if I want to keep exploring? Seems a simple fix instead of having to go back and select Surprise Me again!
  • Like the app, but it could be better

Including reviews for the different recipes is a must. Not just your own review either so you know what drinks are good to try. Also, a sort feature and drinks based on your likes would be nice as well. I like the layout of the app and things are pretty easy to find. It just needs a little more work to bump it up to a 5 star
