  • Apple Watch Problems

    Update: worked for about 3 weeks after deleting both apps and reinstalling. Now broken again. We pay for this app. Work the bugs out. Always having to reset to get it to sync with Apple Watch. Now with iOS 15 live sync doesn’t work at all. Unacceptable for a paid app. Please fix.

    Several updates and still trying to force accounts on people. Ruining what would otherwise be a really good app. Getting annoying with this account thing. I don’t want to create an account, if you force me to then I’ll find another app. I don’t want my data on your servers. Would never have paid for this if that was a requirement.

    I’ve tried to find an app that I could build my workouts and this allows it. Also tracks my progress and any changes. It’s awesome to see I moved 38540 in weight with 5 PR! Worth the money if you know what you want to do but don’t want to just write it down.

    Long time user and a “forever” ‘subscriber’ Can’t recommend this app enough. However, in the latest update the watch doesn’t let me add extra sets, like before you just long press on the screen while inside that exercise and a menu to add an extra set would pop up. What happened?

    I just started using this app and I’m hooked! I expected it to be a process getting all of my various lifts into the app, but that was not the case at all. I made an account in less than a minute and with only two clicks had already found the workout I was doing. Great interface, can’t wait to get to my next lift! Huge motivation to beat my PR 🤝💪
  • Beyond Annoying

    This app used to be good. A highly customizable workout tracker that did its thing and got out of your way. Now, they must have added a new business team or something because the focus has shifted from “workouts” to “accounts”. If you don’t create one of their accounts, which they’re making you do to track you outside of Apple, they hound you over and over to create one. Worse, they’re starting to make new features require an account just so, again, they can track you. They claim it’s so you can switch devices easier but then why is it not optional? Oh right, because that’s just a lie. Considering I paid in full for this, it all feels like a filthy bait and switch. Don’t trust this company. They’re starting to employ dark patterns to get users to give up their data. Worse, it’s data that should be protected by HIPAA. Guess it’s time to find a new workout app. Also, to the developer who keeps feeling compelled to reply my reviews to cover for their deceptive behavior: they’re not going to stop until you fix your business ethics. Rather than blaming your users for “not understanding your intentions”, try looking inwards to understand why your years-long customers are turning on you. It’s not us, it’s you.

  • Gamechanging fitness app

    Far and away the best weightlifting app I’ve used. I love creating templates and loading one up when I get to the gym, really just takes all of the planning out of it and makes things super simple. A ton of great features and a very clean app overall. Only thing I wish it had would be a social function similar to Fitbit where I could cheer on my friends using the app when they track workouts, hit PR’s etc. Premium version is also great as I love being able to see the stats and look at my results over time.
