tl;dr: Everything I need, nothing I don’t.

What gives? Y’all haven’t implemented any of the features made available to you, especially the Dynamic Island and live activities on the Lock Screen.

It’s simple and effective. Gives examples of how to do the exercises. Would be good for any skill level.

I used to love this app. They have not updated in over 7 months and the Watch companion app bugs out every workout. Would love to have the all that I used to love back.

I love the app but I really wish it had a default rest timer. Setting a rest timer for every exercise is super annoying and the current default is at 2 minutes which is way too much for me.

Strong is such a great app it does not need to be changed. Very happy with every part of it.

I use the same exercise for different workouts and want to track them based on the workouts not the exercise. I keep hoping for base app improvements like that for my funding of development by paying for the pro version because I believe in paying for good apps. The next version ??? Maybe the app is no longer actively developed. Otherwise a great app.

My account on my iphone got hacked so I had to create a new Apple ID. Long story short I went to restore my yearly purchase and it won't let me and more importantly I can't pullup my previous workouts. You would think that they were all stored in there cloud 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Great workout app. Customizable

I have the paid version of this app and have used it for almost a year! The notes do not save for individual templates and I’m frequently needing to add them back in. When I pin them, they stay 75% of the time, however, if you use the same exercise and another template, the note carries over. At least three times, I have completely lost all of my folders and had to go into my history and re-create them. It is such a waste of my time and not worth the money. These are serious glitches and very frustrating.
