    I tried to cancel this 6 hours after purchasing it because once I paid to see who was available - there were 6 men who lived over 50 miles away - I paid $360 for the same 6 men. I’ve emailed 6 times with passing the buck to the Apple Store. Apple’s hands are tied and there is no way to get a refund. App is glitchy as well and is down a lot. Not worth $360.

    EHarmony was a great disappointment and I deleted the app. I got billed for another year! Cancelled the payment and cancelled my subscription. But I got hounded by creditors for not having a payment go through and cancelling AFTER the renewal date. Be sure to cancel or get your credit ruined.

    Minimum subscription term is 6 months. So you are sure that it's impossible to meet the match on your app for half a year?? What is the reason to use it then? And you see the subscription terms and prices after spending a lot of time for long personality tests.

    I filled out every question on the questionnaire and they still couldn’t find me decent matches. I really felt like a lot of the men on the site were unsubscribed and inactive.I think they should offer a month to month subscription.I paid for a 6 month membership.After one month I didn’t like it.Also I can’t access the app while using my data on phone.I can only access the app while using WiFi.

    Always read the fine print, which I failed to do. I thought I would be paying $75 for the year by the way they advertised their service. Even though I cancelled within the month, the contract I signed now binds me to pay $300 for the year. I found their site very misleading and hard to navigate. I had a heck of a time just trying to cancel the service - and even though I only used their site for about 3-4 days, they are now demanding $300 payment in full. Whoever owns eHarmony probably has enough money from all the people he/she scammed to afford all the great advertising. I sincerely hope other people have a better experience, I’m just letting you know up front what you’re getting into. I am a single mother with limited resources, so I would have appreciated them being upfront with their charges instead of misleading.

    Attempted to cancel my membership, thought it went through, but they say it didn’t and I don’t have any proof. They charged me for an entire additional year. They will not prorate your account, and it’s impossible to get in contact with this company. Stay away. They do not value customers and will steal your money.
