I’ve tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe, and I’m continually build. I want to cancel immediately, and I want my money that you took from my credit card without my authorization returned immediately. And then I will never use your app again it’s totally a waste of time and all you’re doing is stealing money refund my money immediately cancel immediately.!!!!

I’ve been using Lookout Premium for many years on all of my iPads and iPhones, and it’s caught many attempts by sites trying to install malicious malware on them. Love this software and happy to pay for the premium service. I highly recommend it to friends and family.

Can’t get in touch with you guys, want to clear a breach from 8/23!

Ever since the acquisition, I can’t use the app. It’s so laggy that I can’t even scroll on the main page. The scrolling jumps all the way down, it’s not smooth and continuous. Absolutely horrible.

No way to enable ap to work. You disable the ap which doesn’t help me so you can sell me premium. Please enable the ap to work. Otherwise there is no reason to have it.

This app just forced me into lookout premium I could not go back to the service I had prior and I can’t go in and delete my information. I feel like something has gone terribly wrong with lookout.

Account shows Basic and I’m paying for Premium. What’s going on. Going to shop around.

Paying $9.99 a month for premium and it changes to basic I had to delete the app twice and now it doesn’t work. Doesn’t change back to premium stays on basic so I cancel my membership I’ll go somewhere else.

For two or three years I’ve been paying $2.99 for the Premium Service. Suddenly and without any notification I realized that my Account was placed from Premium to Basic. When I pulled the Account Payments I realized that just in the month of June 2024, I was charged $2.99, seven times for which I will request a refund. Not happy about this move from Lookout and will cancel. Do not purchase this Application or if you do, do not trust these people that thinking that you are protected while it wasn’t..

Very reliable app, does a very good job. And they have a very friendly knowledgeable staff that will work with you to answer questions and to straighten out any problems that you may have.
