  • Save your money

I purchased this to simply extract my bootcamp partition of windows to a .pvm file and open it inside of parallels on my mac. I have created 3 pvm files and each time I try to extract on mac the software tells me an unknown error occoured. This software was a complete waste of my money and time. I was able to install my virtual machine using an iso file and I would reccomend others do the same than use this broken mess.
  • Terrible product Terrible Service. Do Not Buy

    By RezaArdalan
I’m not sure what’s worse, the product or the customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. They wouldn’t even give me a credit towards their products. I won’t bore you with the details, just don’t buy this!
  • Completly out of sync with Desktop 11 - total fail

    By TimHody61
I’m trying to migrate a Ubuntu laptop to a VM on Mac OS X. Using Transporter 7.0.14944 on OS X 10.10.5. Using Transporter Agent 11.0.1-3127 on Ubuntu 14.04. Network transfer: Transporter simply hung trying to initiate the transport with both machines on the same Ethernet switch. External Storage Device: Connected an external HD to the Ubuntu laptop and “data disks” using Transporter Agent. Moved the HD to the Mac, and now Transporter says “The files you selected were created by an older version of Parallels Transporter Agent.” I have the latest version of everything (though Transporter was last copyrighted in 2011). I can’t find any mention in Parallels discussion forums or knowledge base. Ugh.
  • Do not download product

Useless, I wish I had read first, just wasted 9.99 and probably won’t be able to get my money back.
  • Doesn’t Work

    By AppleUsr666
This software simply does not work. Do Yourself a favor. Download VMware’s VConverter free tool. Install that on the PC you want to migrate and run it to an external USB drive and save the file in VMware Fusion format. Then, connect the USB drive to your Mac, and open it in VMware Fusion. It’s simple, fast and works. unlike this piece of junk

  • Mountain lion with Parallels equal trouble

    By CoolRomeo2013

  • Mountain Lion and Parallels equals trouble

    By SmokyArkie
If you are running the latest version of Mountain Lion and are thinking about purchasing this app I cannot recommend it. I keep being pushed back to a site trying to sell me more parallel software to do what I purchased this app to do.. So far nothing but frustration to show for my $9.99. I f you are expecting to install it and use it without a lot of trouble this has not been my experience.
  • Terrible Customer Service from Parallels

    By thechadman17
Simply put the software does not work. Will not connect may it be through cable or wireless, what a waste of $9.99. Tried for a refund directly from the Parallels site and got the run around, and I quote "Despite it being our product, because you purchased it through the mac app store, we are not able to process a refund because we do not have access to any financial statements from Apple and our purchasing department." She goes on to further say, "I should amend that previous statement in that, while we do have access to the statements and the purchases for profit reasons, we do not have access for refunds." Thanks again customer service. Go download xnjb.
  • Excellent-worked perfectly to move P-->V

    By Henryammons
Migrated an entire Windows 7 64-bit physical system over to a virtual Parallels image and it is identical in every manner with a new SID. Used a non-local admin account to migrate--didn't even need a local admin account. This worked far better than another company's converter tools and is simple and easy. Great work, Parallels! I can now use my official work image by remote on my Mac. I'm happy.
