    The app does not work well. I subscribed and I continually have to log in each time I open it. I don’t understand the need for this level of security on a local newspaper’s app.

    When I try to look at a story, like restaurants open on Christmas, I keep getting promoted to login; even though, I have trial subscription (0.99/6 months). I keep trying to access the story—all to no avail. I have decided that my trial will be just that—a trial and nothing else.

    Constant requests to sign up for free account or subscription. Articles are always out of date. Not worth having this app take up space. Can’t read anything unless you subscribe or sign up for “free” account. The app is just like the regular newspaper - nothing informative and always out of date.

    Like so many other reviewers of this app, I subscribed and can’t view the the subscription content. I tried to contact them through the app feedback section as that seems to be the only place to contact them. I received no response.

    I subscribed but I still do not get access to content. I’ve tried restoring purchase. It says it is unable to. I want my money back.

    I paid for a year doing an introductory campaign. I have never been able to open it on my iPhone. Completely a waste.

    I subscribed for one year but now in a Catch 22. I still keep getting the window. The App Store says I am subscribed for one year. When I attempt to restore my purchase, I get a message the restore of my purchase failed. When I attempt to subscribe, it says I am already subscribed. So I still cannot see the stories I am subscribed to. Also when I went through the process for support, I got no reply back. Addl info: I called Gannett Customer (NO) Support and was unable to get the issue fixed and said it was an Apple issue. They did not care I had receipts and notification of the subscription. I ended up asking for a refund. This would be no star app if I could give that low of a rating.

    I am a long time home delivery subscriber. This digital ap is a pain in the butt to get signed into. When I attempt, it just locks screen and spins and spins and spins Garbage

    I’ve now paid to be a subscriber 3 times. Tried everything I can to try to troubleshoot on my own. Deleted the App, re-downloaded the app. Restored my purchase. Cancelled my subscription bought a new subscription. I sign it, it says “Welcome Ashley” then I click on an article and it says I have to pay to access it!! What is going on! Am I the only one that’s having this problem?!
