Have been a user for 5 years. Would love for us to stay on the system, but it’s simply way too frustrating. What we have notices that certain individuals within a group session will not get messages while everyone does. As soon as you changed to different group, you can start sending that same exact individual messages. Message delivery is just extremely unreliable. Reinstalling and uninstalling does no good. And most of our members are pro users. Upgrading doesn’t seem to do anything. An upgrade account does seem to allow you to get all messages, but not all messages sent are deliverable. It’s a wonderful application if it could just work consistently. This past year, these bugs have resulted in coworkers fighting instead of realizing that is a communication breakdown. It has caused such havoc. Would love to stay on this platform, but now we’re all moving to something else. Sadly, a good portion of us have paid annual fee, but that’s certainly not a good reason to keep staying on the platform as unreliable as this application. It might be great for personal use, but certainly not ready for business users.

The IOS app doesn't work consistently. Sometimes all of the voice recordings are available and sometimes they aren't. The web based app doesn't have a system for starting and stopping multiple recordings. So they just play continuously until they end. There isn't any way to troubleshoot within the app. Poorly designed and the tech behind it doesn't work.

i dont need another whatsapp or imsg. i want a walkie talkie. but i need the pro plan to have this feature? wth - it is called a walkie talkie app. why??? what a waste of time

It’s been two years same discussion of these people charging me for PRO I do not use it and support is horrible I understand people use for business and I did sign up 3 years ago cancel and here we are again 2024 they charging me 99.00 for pro I unsubscribe for 2 years ago they kept last time rise year I will file report with bank Be careful with apps that make hard to cancel It’s not google Apple Store it’s them

I love this app but can we use AI to figure out how to make it work properly and smoothly? The voice note and transcribe feature is amazing and so much better than iPhone for some reason. Gotta be a way to improve. I'm also paying monthly so really want to make it work

I use this app DAILY to keep in touch with my best friends who all live in a different state than me. There’s always been little bugs here and there but for the most part it would fix itself and we’d move on. Until now where the last 2 days NONE of my messages load properly to any of my friends. I’ve connected to WiFi while recording and I’ve tried being just on cell service. I’ve deleted the app, turned off my phone and redownloaded it. It doesn’t matter. At some point, one of my messages may eventually load and play but it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve never loved and also ABSOLUTELY hated an app more. For the love of all that is good, PLEASE FIX YOUR APP! I beg you!

The glitches are out of control. I think the App needs an overhaul. It’s getting frustrating because it was a great app and now not so much.

The latest update didn’t fix much. Today I got 5 msgs and all are marked as only partially downloaded. I’m able to send msgs but I can’t listen to any recvd msgs.
