    I have been a willow subscriber to watch IPL but I was traveling to a different country and could not access Willow in Dubai. I missed few really interesting matches. Does willow even understand the meaning of internet service on earth ? The app experience and design is also really poor. Need a competitor who can shut down this garbage app.

    Not able to multitask, the app is getting closed .App hangs while watching and again need to click on the play button . Casting to tv does not work properly and stops in the middle need to kill and restart the app.

    The app keeps on giving my internet problems though my internet is all fine.Secondly, the time toggle(to move from one time to another doesn’t work) Hope you guys fix this.

    Can’t ff or rewind without triggering home button function, no PiP mode, bad gateway on mobile and tv. Oh and definitely can’t fast forward on TV.

  • Unbearable User Experience, Lacks Basic Functionality

    I recently downloaded the Willow TV application for IPL 2023. Unfortunately, I'm left utterly disappointed and frustrated by the app's terrible user experience and glaring lack of basic features. The user interface is far from intuitive, making it a cumbersome task to navigate through the app. Menus and controls are not user-friendly, and finding desired content is a challenge in itself. For an application that's supposed to provide a streamlined viewing experience, this level of inefficiency is just unacceptable. Even more disheartening is the fact that the application fails to respond to media controls while watching videos. This means you can't pause, play, rewind or fast-forward content, which is a fundamental expectation for any video-based application. Overall, the Willow TV app is an annoying experience that could greatly benefit from a comprehensive redesign and a serious focus on user experience. As it stands, I can't recommend this app to anyone until these significant issues are addressed. The developers need to take immediate action to rectify these problems and meet the basic expectations that any user would have from a modern-day video streaming application.

  • Terribly low frame rates. Doesn’t allow PIP view.

    They stream in terribly low frame rate. Even cricket lovers in India get high frame rates, but North American cricket viewers have to deal with Willow TV’s monopoly and subpar service. The app doesn’t even allow PIP view, so if I want to watch the live match while using my phone, I can’t. Willow TV is the worst thing that had happened to North American cricket viewers.

    Everything is good except the apps whether it is on Apple TV, Google tv or on iPhone. It will work for few days and then one day will stop working for one reason or another. I always wonder why someone would not improve the quality of their apps when it is the only medium to access their content.
