Post digital newspaper is great… makes my reading more pleasant with the ability to adjust font sizes.

The search engine is worthless. I have to use google with the subtitle Washington Post to find anything, even if you use the original title of the article. I enjoy the layout of my page with the header bar starting with Top Stories, Discover (which I really enjoy for quick browsing) etc. however I can not find the same set up on my wife’s app, it looks completely different.
  • Usually love the Post…

However, I am getting pretty tired of the “panic” stories. A little more thought should be given to what you are writing and how. The reports of the new variant pushed me over the top. Writing article after article saying nothing but speculating everything. You are NOT CNN!! And you might also want to think about covering the current president with a little ore thought and kindness. I don’t think we can consider him a “failed” presidency after just a year as one op-ed put it.
  • Grid display in “saved stories” is awful

List view of stories flagged to read later has been replaced with a space-wasting grid with no option to switch to list view. So on this iPad only 6 stories are visible at a time. I guess they’re very very proud of the illustrations that accompany the articles?

The Post’s web page is not junked up with excessive ads or with photos and videos constantly changing. As a result, there are no glitches loading the page. It’s easy to read and the articles are great.
  • The font controls aren’t great

The app is fine, but the font size is tiny on my iPhone. Even at the max size, it’s barely usable
