  • Not syncing to Mac outlook 365

    The app stoped syncing to mac outlook 365 some time back. Despite paying for the app, it is impossible to get help or speak to someone. My recommendation is to look for a better app, since even the OCR text recognition always requires manual corrections.

    What a waste of my time downloading and installing this app. Everyone on the Internet recommends it and it seems to have a very high rating. But this is why I give it a one star. Do you have to take a photo of the card with your camera app. This is not built into the cc app why is this not already built into the app? I scanned one card and it picked up nothing on the card. And they want me to pay $50 a year for this?

    I’ve been a paid Camcard user for nearly ten years. They changed to a subscription format which I chose not to participate. I later added Camcard for Salesforce which is a subscription service. I moved my business to a different CRM but forgot about the subscription. I’ve contacted Camcard 5 times through their support and email channels to attempt to move my Salesforce subscription to the premier. I have had zero response from them regarding this. I have received 3 marketing emails which is frustrating. Good product, but just don’t rely on their service.

    I’m glad I don’t pay for this app. Every time I try to make alterations to a scanned image, it seems to refuse to save it! If I try to start over, I lose all the information (that I usually need to input manually anyway because of all the cards that use unusual fonts). Thankfully I don’t have hundreds of cards that I need to save, otherwise this would drive me bonkers, or drive me to find a different app to use.

    Can someone help me figure out why the columns when exporting are all messed up? I need to export 300 cards to a CSV it doesn’t give me an option to import it to a CSV like it claims to (i have premium) and when it does export to excel it will not export any information other then the name all of the columns are named wrong, can anyone help me with this please?

    This app has terrible OCR. It takes me more time to fix all of the errors than it would to just type it all in.

    I am blown away by how terrible these scanning card scanning apps are. I tried BizConnect, and now this camp card and cam card cannot even scan nothing correctly like I would be better off just manually type in the information for how terrible it scans so to me, this is completely worthless. I will be canceling my subscription. Also Biz connect was awful too

    Bought the premium version when there was no subscription, and now to milk money from you they put a limit on the number of cards, hice was not originally there. There has to be a way to help consumers
