Terrible app, worse customer service. My items were substituted without notice while I waited 30 minutes in the curbside parking - it would have been faster to shop in person

I am am traveling for work and staying in a hotel. Today at 6 pm, my tire gauge alerted me that my front tires were low. I panicked. Where can one go at 6 pm? I called my husband and he says got to Walmart. They will help you. Sure enough I get there a little after 6. The lady at the front desk was kind and efficient. I told her my issue and she immediately flagged down someone to help me. She directed me to bay 1. Yay me - because Bay 1 was being manned by Bucky! . He quickly assessed my issue and checked all four of my tires. Even though I only mentioned the front two. He aired them up and said you’re good. I asked if I was paying up at the front. I was asking because I wasn’t sure if I needed to move my car or not. He said no ma’am….NO CHARGE!!! I was like - What?!?! I wasn’t sure I had heard him correctly. So I asked his name. He told me and let me know he was a manger there. Well done Walmart for hiring Bucky. And Bucky, thank you for being the type of young man you are. Integrity and conscientiousness aren’t easy to find these days and Bucky displayed both qualities. Kind regards Angie Rey Denman

Within the last year or so the quality of the Walmart Brand frozen chicken parts has declined. There has been poorer quality poultry and fresh vegetables. I quit buying canned soup because the cans were mixed up so much it would take 10 minutes to find what I needed. The higher quality brands of food and cleaning supplies seem to sell out quickly and I am forced to buy inferior products.

I do NOT like when you’re at check out and reviewing your items before payment; it doesn’t list the “extra fees” anywhere on all the pages of check out. I have no idea why an amount of my order wasn’t being covered when there is plenty of funds and needed 2 forms of payment. Doesn’t explain anything at all and even says free shipping. It’s very confusing and frustrating to say the least. It doesn’t even say it’s a fee from the seller or shipping from Walmart the store. Obviously I’d like to know what is being charged and why as anyone would.

Every thing that I used to get is now only available in large quantities for shipping? Is this a ploy to make me take the monthly shipping plan..I am getting pretty aggravated with Walmart. I order on a regular basis for over the free shipping requirement...Amazon is starting to look pretty good to me!…..also the substitution part of the app keeps kicking me completely out of the web site…this happens every time I try to edit the products…this is a ploy to make me accept substitutions.
