    I hit 190.2 lbs and not sure why, but that was a trigger to take action. Everyone has something that occurs where they stop just talking about getting healthy and reducing weight and actually taking ACTION!! I choose ACTION and talked with my wife who agreed to start the WW journey with me. First, it’s a lot easier to stick with a plan when you have a teammate going all in with you. We both joined 1/2/2023 and we are losing weight and improving our health and, need I say, relationship at the same time :-). If you have been talking about getting healthy and losing some weight I encourage you not to try WW, but to do WW.

    I love the recipes, i love the variety of info on the site. The activity list for working out physically. What could be done better is to provide a way to organize the recipes we save as out own. I have a difficult time finding them, except to scroll thru a long list of varied types, salads, main dish meat, veggies, desserts, apps. Basic list with ability to add add’l folders and sub-folders (i.e. Meats: pork, chix, beef, seafood, or desserts: cakes, puddings, pies, fruit, etc).

    I constantly need to restart the app or refresh the app any time I want to add a food item. I have no issues similar to this with any other app I use. I also have no Wi-Fi issues. (I’m a 20-something with a digital marketing degree, so I understand how to use the app and my phone.) It is hard to log all your meals when the app only works as it should 60% of the time.
