  • It’s a joke and useless

    The local channels and programming that I pay for are not listed on this app and can’t be watched LIVE. How can you call this TV on the go? Really?!! Can’t watch recorded shows!!
  • Never works for a complete day!

    I have to restart my U-verse app at least once a day! Also get an error “unexpected error “ can’t load! This doesn’t happen to any ANY other app on my iPad. Same thing happed when I had a Samsung with us app. Come on… Geez
  • Any love for your longtime suffering fans?

    Will you fix problems with your app such as allowing us to use the remote control function on our home networks? How about improving the quality of the video stream? Yes, we can tell it suffers when compared to other streaming services. How about it, Uverse?
  • App fails often, even when able to connect

    Every time I use it, it will drop several channels while watching them so they are no longer available. Restarting the app will restore them. However, it will go for weeks or months at a time where you cannot log in to the (paid service) app while able to use the login for other streaming services. There is a different error for an incorrect login. This has been a consistent problem for years in the ATT support forums and never has been addressed by ATT. One suggestion from them is to wipe your device completely not a restore, a clean wipe and start over. Apple should shut down distribution of such poor quality apps until ATT actually addresses its quality issues. All ATT will say is that it is a known issue. Look on the forum, same blanket answer for years.
  • Please fix the remote

    The app now says Wi-Fi not found. Looked online and many people have the same problem. Setting of U-verse on local network has disappeared on my iPhone, but appears on my iPad. The remote works on the iPad, not the iPhone. This happened after deleting and reloading the app on my iPhone after the U-verse app started freezing videos. Please fix the bug that prevents U-verse from accessing the local network. All other functions seem to work.

    My U-verse app went down early morning Sat 11-13. Still out 11-24. Spoke to a technician Sunday morning 11-14. They admitted that the problem was with them and said it should be resolved in a few days. I travel a bit and want to have access to my programming with my phone. Damm shame this “high Tec” company can’t fix their own stuff.
  • Loved it when it worked

    Have not been able to log in and after hours of tech support I was told that the app was having problems. That should have been the go to answer instead of having customers spend literally hours trouble shooting the issue. Very unsatisfied and I would give the app a negative star if I could.

    Have not been able to login for 2 months. Done the troubleshooting, changing Pw’s, hours on phone with tech support. Told it is a maintenance issue. Meanwhile I pay my bill and no service. Pls fix this. Ty

    Don’t waste your time. For months I haven’t even been able to log in, just tells me my username or password is wrong. They’re not, even tried changing my password. Absolutely useless garbage app. Seems to be the way of the world, charge more for less service.
