  • No halfway cue / No choices in what watch displays

    I’ve been using this app for years and there is still no option for a halfway cue be it distance or time based(some kind of alert to tell you to turn around). This is something that is available in the majority of much older and newer running applications, regardless of the complexity of the training program you choose. Unable to cycle through metrics in watch app. Heart rate, average pace, distance, and time are available. So if you want your current pace or calories for example you need to pull out you phone. The third watch screen which gives you your current and last interval information too small to read while running. All these issues and others force you to pull out your phone and check. All these things are available in most other cheaper No monthly/Annual fee apps and similar paid apps. The reason I don’t mention them by name is because I would like the developers of this app to make the changes. For a monthly/annual fee I expect software improvement. I asked about the halfway cue over 2 years ago.

    Terrible app. It frequently will add a split that is 2 minute mile pace and then jump to the next split. And then today it randomly just paused my run while my phone was in my pocket the whole time.

    Since ACIS HAS TAKEN OVERYou seem to get rid of this feature which is losing weight running it was a great feature. Because you to start running to lose weight why did you get rid of that helped a group of us ladies that I download the app and now we got rid of it. I just came back to you guys a couple of months ago hoping that you have that app now that you don’t I’m disappointed that I paid the $39

  • Lost functionality with update

    What happened to the audio queue of when your distance run has completed? I often run off mile and quarter mile increments (5k, 6k, etc.) and do not get told when I have reached my distance. I’m either slightly under or over using the 5 min and 0.5 mile audio queue. Bring this part back please!

  • My custom workouts gone

    Have no idea where they hid all of my custom workouts. Due to covid, I haven’t really been seriously training. I have been tracking miles in Runkeeper for nearly a decade. I decided I need to spruce things up and do some “real” training only to find that I cannot find all of my custom workouts I had saved, and I am not even sure where the canned ones are. Every one seems to now be part of a “plan” under “Guided Workouts.” If I want 3 miles of intervals with warm-up and cool-down, I don’t know where to find that or how to create it.
