    You never get connected right off the bat, you have to go through a whole lot of loops to get connected. And test speed alwyas fail. If it wasn't for Amex not worth paying for it!

    I can’t even run the speed test from my computer or the app!! 91MB/s download speed. Horrible.

  • Useless for International Travel

    Decided to get subscription while traveling abroad. The subscription is cheaper than buying flight access one at a time. Anyway, I decided since I was going through multiple airports through Europe and the Middle East this would be a good bet. Nope. No international support. Useless. Maybe it’ll be good for domestic flights, however, not all domestic flights carry boingo. Check out there list of supported airports and airlines before buying.

  • Purchased subscription from app store but cannot login

    I just purchased the $9.99 subscription from app store. I was expecting an automatic login but that didn’t happen. Clicking on restore account (purchased a subscription with iTunes?) throws an error. When i try to reset password, it says I do not have an account associated with my iCloud mail. I have accepted now that idk how to use the app. Help!

    Downloaded this app twice and it would not recognize my username/password combination. Technical support was quick to respond but totally ineffective. I was simply told to use the browser. I want to be able to use the app; thank you. After several airports, hours, attempts, deleting, restoring; the app still gives me that annoying “oops, password username not recognized” message. Don’t waste your time on this app. Account closed.

    I signed up for Boingo while I was working at an airport to take advantage of the wifi in the facility. The service was fine until I left my job at the airport and tried to cancel my subscription. After submitting two requests to cancel my service they did not and continued to charge me. This type of practice is predatory to squeeze additional dollars out of individuals who sign up for their service. I highly suggest finding a different service if you’re looking for remote wifi.

    I paid for monthly unlimited on my computer which said I can use on up to 4 devices. Why did it charge me again when I tried to download the app on my phone?
