  • Great catalogue, questionably secure.

    By Romeo's Cadillac
The Keeper app itself appears secure, with fingerprint Touch ID and a master password lock. I have had no issues with the application aspect of this program. However, when it comes to emails, Keeper constantly sends advertisements for premium descriptions disguised as urgent notifications for the application. Email subjects will pop up with password reset codes and security alert warnings. I don’t understand how Keeper expects to contact me in an actual emergency when they constantly put themselves in a Boy Who Cried Wolf situation.
  • Customer service is awful

    By iamgodthecaptivate
I upgraded my plan on my desktop instead of my phone where my first subscription was and they refused to refund the difference. Imagine upgrading your service plan and getting penalized and now I overpaid for the year and they do not care.
  • Can’t import passwords without Mac computer

    By Mindyeva7
If you don’t have a Mac pc or laptop, DO NOT PURCHASE. You cannot import your passwords with out one. I’m pretty angry that I paid for this app and I am going to have to hand enter all my passwords. I would ask for a refund but after all I’ve read here, I am quite sure they won’t do that. It should have said that you can’t import the passwords without a MAC in the description. Deceptive advertising.
  • Garbage App

    By Coach G 28
Tried to reset my master password. App claimed it had sent a verification code to my email address, which it had not. Nothing in my inbox, nothing in my spam folder… nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. I’ll have to reset about a billion passwords. Needless to say I won’t be entrusting a single one of them to this app ever again, nor would I recommend anybody else do so.
  • New phone - Keeper retrieved!

    By JCG@WS3721
A new phone purchase created issues with logging in to my Keeper app, and I was lost without it. The service department tried various options to help me get logged in and find years’ worth of user and password info. So grateful for their help!
  • Purchased 1 day tried called next day and won’t refund money. Customer service no service.

Don’t buy. Another password program that takes an educated lawyer to use. Try Ascendo DataVault. Very customer friendly and you can actually talk with a person that helps set up and resolves problems if you have one.
  • Apple Watch 2FA extremely buggy

    By RobKeely
I'd say it works about half the time. The other half it just hangs on the "waiting for KeeperDNA." and I just have to sit there for a minute or two while I wait for the request to time out so I can enter a manual code. My theory is it's sending a verify request to my phone or some other device where I'm not looking at Keeper and therefor don't notice it. Whatever, that's fine. I know programming for the Watch is a major PITA for small and large developers. What's truly annoying is there's no option to go directly to the code and skip the 60 seconds sitting on my hands while the desktop client is waiting for a signal I know is never going to come.
  • Top notch support
