I loved this when I started losing weight. It worked beautifully so it pains me to say, all the macros are off. The calories don’t match up. If that’s because I don’t pay for it, then why purchase this app. If it doesn’t fill function on its own then it’s a poor choice

There are ads on every page, every click, and ruins the UI/UX. The data that this app runs on isn’t validated either so what foods you search for may or may not be accurate which means the insights don’t mean anything because the nutritional information isn’t accurate. Anyone can go in and upload nutritional information for any food without it being accurate or confirmed

I’ve used this app for years, and I’ve been on and off of premium. It’s a very well put together app. I currently don’t have premium, and the new ads are very frustrating. As someone who has worked in app dev, I understand needing to make money off the product, and having such a large user base use it free is tough. But the only way to remove ads being to pay $100/yr for premium is not it. If anything, add an ad-free plan that’s like $12/yr. Then you’re making up that cost of ads per user

I wish when logging food, there was an option for calories in addition to all the different weight measurements. Its so annoying to have to do “1.1” then “1.2” when I know the amount calories, but can only select ounces or grams. How much easier it would be to hit that option, like grams, and just type in “93 calories”.

The premium subscription was accidentally purchased and canceled it immediately. Unfortunately, I was denied a refund. I believe consumer trust should be a priority. I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I’m really picky when choosing apps to download and I was pretty happy with this app as it was user friendly, the designs were cute and liked that it was free. The interface is so pretty to use and makes food tracking enjoyable but the ads make it so UGLY. I tried to exit out of it but then a new ad pops up. This makes me not want to use the app anymore unfortunately. It literally deters me away from wanting to log in. I actually deleted the app and will be looking for a new tracking method.

Oof, used to love this app enough to pay for it. But I take a break and come back to find ads all over the place?? Now I have ZERO interest in paying again. You got me onboard the first time by building a great product and convincing me I needed more features. Now you’ve blown it by listening to whichever greedy idiot you hired that decided to bring ads into a good product. It’s a bummer, this WAS the best tracker on the market.

This app is pretty, which I appreciate immensely. However, the food database (the bulk of the reason to be here) is extremely frustrating. Processed and restaurant foods seem to get priority over their natural state, and there isn’t an option to sort between food types (whole/packaged/restaurant). With the multitude of food tracking apps out there with a solid database, I will be returning to one of the tried and true after my paid subscription is up. This one isn’t worth it.
