I recently purchased the Genie Chatbot 4.0, but I am considering asking for a refund. One of my primary concerns is the inability to recall past conversations. As someone who uses chatbots for managing medical information, this feature is essential for me. I need a tool that allows me to input all my medical details and ask for advice without the hassle of re-entering all my information each time, including lab results. Unfortunately, with the current setup of Genie Chatbot 4.0, it doesn't save any of my previous data. This makes it impossible to refer back to past conversations or adjust my schedule based on new information. In contrast, my free ChatGPT account saves my information, allowing me to easily update and continue from where I left off. This includes retrieving and modifying schedules created days ago. This continuity is crucial for my needs. Unless I’m missing something, it seems this feature isn’t available in Genie Chatbot 4.0. If it is, I would appreciate guidance on how to use it. Otherwise, it appears this product isn’t suitable for my requirements.
