  • A LIFE SAVER

This app is amazing if you use it correctly!! After a week, my baby sleeps through the night, and is happy to go to bed. No, it’s not the cry it out method. No it’s not the Ferber method. They made a sleep training that was specifically for him, and it worked PERFECTLY. 10 hours a night or more with no crying or negative feelings towards bed!
  • Disappointed, Left a lot to be desired.

I was overall disappointed in the app. I think it has great intentions but it is not user friendly in the slightest. It misinterprets false starts as naps and not night sleep, among other things. There are not edits if your schedule isn’t working for your baby. You aren’t able to change your schedule times yourself. It has prompts asking how things are going that lack adequate reasonable answers and that issues change if you say it’s not going well. It’s very expensive for something ineffective. Anyone can simply map out their day like the app, the goal is for the app to help make changes easily to ensure good sleep and it does none of that.

Do it. Spend the money do it, our baby is sleeping through the night on day two of using this app and my husband and I love eachother again. Only if you have the heart to actually do what they say, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Love the app for keeping track of everything but wish there was a option for at daycare so I don’t get alerts all day

Information is given in a clear, concise way. I just wish it was as tailored toward my child’s age better.
  • Love this app, however,

This app has worked tremendously with my 14 month old and got him to sleep through the night. However, I have a three month old and I have to switch between emails for two kids. Also, I am no longer receiving the verification codes to sign in. It would be so much easier if there was a tab to switch between kids. Update: they helped me get back into my account. This app works so well. Will give 5 stars once it’s easier to switch between kids. I recommend this app for anyone who wants their kid to sleep through the night.
  • Was perfect until it told me I HAD to sleep train.

Just as the title says. I loved this app for the first week. I download it because it included a free trial so I thought why not? It was perfect with naps and all until the learning material said that I absolutely HAD to sleep train my baby. Absolutely NOT. I am not paying any money not even $1 to have this app tell me to sleep train. There are psychological damages to your baby when you do sleep train. I love pampers so much I thought why not with this app but now I am so disappointed.
  • Wow, this app saved my sanity

I can not recommend this app enough. I only wish I downloaded it sooner. Seeing major improvements and success in our sleep training journey. Before this app I was at my whits end trying to get our little one to nap, fall asleep at night ect. Within a week of using this app, I feel so much more in control and empowered when it comes to little ones sleep. Just try it, you will not regret it
  • Helpful, but how much $?!

I found the app tracking and prediction to be helpful. Some of the quick daily “lesson” info was also helpful, but obvious and repetitive. In addition I found the constant pop-up prompts to be annoying when trying to input/edit sleep times. If this was considerably less expensive I might opt to pay for it, but the price is absolutely ridiculous. Use the free trial and then implement what worked for your child and create your own path forward. *Update: Developer responding advising of additional help (access to their pediatric sleep consultant) that is included in the price, which may be quite useful to some. Personally I have access through that elsewhere, so it is not necessary for me. Perhaps an additional mid grade price point for someone like me could be added: use the app, but no consultant.
  • App is great, but so frustrating

I’ll start by saying that my girlfriend and I love this app. We love the structure it gives us and has been a total lifesaver. That being said, there are some major flaws with this app. The first of which is that you can’t share the app (at least not easily). For the price that you pay for this app ($80 every 3 months) you should be able to share the membership easily with your partner. It’s negates the usefulness of the app significantly with only person able to track sleep. Secondly, the intuitive scheduling sometimes glitches out and suggests something like a 3 hour nap an hour before bedtime or won’t let you enter a custom wake-up time. These seem like simple fixes for the price that’s charged for the app🤷🏼‍♂️
