Reign supreme in this mobile version of the acclaimed strategy game. Start with a small village and move up to a massive medieval metropolis with a multitude of inhabitants. A crisp and colorful land awaits you and your settlers, who need food, protection, and fun! Find a balance while keeping an eye on the elements, disease, disasters, bandits and the budget. Send your architects and builders to plan and construct a city. Then, send workers to cut wood and to mine ore. Make sure your fields are on fertile grounds to grow food for your hungry subjects. Oh, and don't forget to keep those tax coins rolling in. Seasons will impact the demand for certain goods – more water is needed during summer, more clothes in winter. • Lost Progress!

The 3.0 update erased all my progress. I was at level 15. Lost my achievements. I completed the campaigns and finish the first two scenarios. How, nothing.
  • Slow & obtuse

The game okay is so poorly designed. A million drop down menus, tabs, and sub folders but no intuitive method of game play. It is so clunky that the frustration of terrible interaction is overwhelming. This game was designed by someone who never played a fun game. If I had to guess, it was designed by a sadistic actuary who hates joy.
  • Frustrating to play

Just started playing this game for the very first time about two months ago. It has taken so much time to figure out what to do and what the icons means, which is bizarre since supposedly, the simulation is in tutorial mode. But the game provides very little guidance and there is no where else to go online to get actual help since multiple variations of this game are/were available. A built-in help guide would be great and it should answer questions such as “why can’t I buy or trade anything at the marketplace?” I rated this 2 stars but should really give it 1.

In out of the frying pan all my building says resource is full, but none of them are actually producing any resources.

This is a really nicely built example of a town builder game. Fun to play and engaging, with great attention to detail. And it’s great that there are no ads and you don’t need any in-app purchases to make progress! Seems like it let the developers focus on the story & game play, rather than $$$s

Too much work to figure out. Stumbled around for 30 minutes. Gave up. It could be good if there was a tutorial.
  • Boring and poorly written

This is the most boring game I've played in a long time. Plus, the tutorial level locks away all the upgrades but then eventuality it stopped giving me quests, so there was nothing to do but change the clock speed from slow to fast and back again. Utterly dull.
