  • $200 to read ONE book???

    This is insanely expensive! I wanted to see how much to unlock entire book. So I went to bulk purchase and it was 17k coins. It’s $100 for 10k coins. Who in there right mind actually has money for that?? IT’s highway robbery! Kindle unlimited is $10 per month and I can read any book and as many books as I want for $10. Even to buy a book itself is $10 or less. So near $200 to read a single book?! They are out of their minds!

    I’m currently reading a book and I’ve read thru chapter 11. There are 277 chapters remaining. To get the remaining chapters, on a 20% discount, it would cost me 23,096 coins, to complete the book. U can get 3,125 coins for 25 dollars. It would cost me $184 to finish this book. One book. Almost $200 to read. And these are not even written by professional authors. There no editing or even spell check. If I was able to take away stars, I would. Ridiculous.

    Great story, but this app has stopped working in the middle of it. I have spent a lot of money on this app and it’s disheartening that I can’t finish my story.

    This app tends to have great stories that catch your attention and interest. However, the cost per very short chapters are way too expensive.If you price the per chapter cost to equate purchasing a normal book, you would have more readers and people would finish reading your book. But, 200 coins for a single chapter is way too much. You are screwing your authors.

    I have had this app for a while and it was so much better before the recent update. You were able to get a pass with the coins after 7 days and it kept at the 50 bonus after 7 days not starting over. Now it won’t even let me use my bonuses to unlock a chapter says i have to purchase coins and i can’t earn the free pass anymore either, it won’t even let me play the games to get anything be able to read the books.

    The points are very hard to earn. Never have I gotten points for reading for a certain amount of time. Since the last update I stopped getting free passes for logging in daily. I don’t like that there are stories that start off in one storyline and then like 100 chapters or more into it it becomes a completely different story. Needs improvement. Would not spend money on something like this for these reasons.

    Day after day, I read and the bonus’ are never available to collect. Requests have been sent to have it corrected and no response. Pitiful.
