I have tried unsuccessfully reaching out to this company 3 times. All I get from Julia, too busy to assist. This app is so inconsistent, one day it will work, next day after I changed color, not working at all. now it’s asking for my internet password, like I didn’t have an account. I’m asking for a refund several times because of this service! This is a bad faith company!

Takes a million tries to get it

Terrible app… non existent customer service. I made the mistake of paying for the “premium” service. Trying to connect lights takes 10-15 minutes per light. That’s IF you can get them to connect at all. None of the features work right, after spending a ton of time setting up. The app reset itself after about a week and I had to start the whole process over. Complete waste of time and money!

It’s terrible, I bought a lamp, but I still have to pay for the app. Disgusting

I can’t find my light there’s no QR code on package

I find it funny when you type the name of the exact app you want and this one comes up first. I would guess they are paying for advertising to be the first on the list. Stick with the original app you are looking for. This one is not worth the money, or even the free version. Just another app developer scamming for cash.

This was useless. Making me pay for my LED lights to actually change color??? crazy. Horrible app.

Box does not have the QR code on the box or on the lightbulb. Downloaded everything but can’t move forward.

Wants $50 a month just to be a remote is crazy.

No one should have to pay 60$ to control some lights, that is absolutely absurd.
