    This app does not have any dashboard to see your day to day progress. Worst app ever. Will not renew anymore. Waste of my money. Don’t get this app. You will be disappointed.

    Has good workouts Although- should be able to see past days Also, when I got app June 1 I pushed on a workout to see walking involved. App started - I stopped it like in 5 seconds. Now it counted that as Day 1. Five second workout. Can’t erase. Can’t go back and start on Day 1. I had to start my workouts on Day 2. Don’t like that. Also time remaining should move down as time counts. Don’t like that it still says 11 minutes remaining when I actually have less. That is maybe 6 or 5 or 1 minute left in the current section of workouts

    The app is very user friendly. You just input your data and what you would like to do and it customized a plan for you. I do wish that they have a way to integrate Apple Music or any music player because it was a pain to have to toggle between app while I was on the treadmill.
