  • Can’t login with TV Provider

    In order to watch live Yankee games on the YES app, I am forced to subscribe even though I already pay my TV provider for the YES channel. No way! That is ridiculous.

    Apple TV is terrible. No pause and fast forward. Can’t really rewind. Never know what you’re going to get trying to move back and forth through old games. With all the money they charge this is a joke. Cancelled and feel great about it.

    Not quite up to par with other subscription services like prime, peacock, and sling - for the price it needs to work better with Apple and google chromecast - very glitchy experience esp when casting - highly focused on gaming/betting which gives it a 17+ rating which mean can’t share app with my kids to watch games either

    The app is not stable. It skips, blacks out, and customer service does not respond, or correct the issues.

    The app always crashes and kicks you out of the game for no reason then when you try to sign back in noting will load. Horrible and frustrating app.

    Since I have YouTube TV I really appreciate being able to see Yankee games using this app. However, I find it frustrating to use because the performance is rather herky jerky. It does not work smoothly at all in loading the video or transitioning between features. It’s disappointing and not what we Yankee fans have come to expect from the World’s greatest sports franchise. Come on developers you can do much better so fix it please !

    Even after multiple updates this season the games remain unwatchable. Choppy video that’s gets worse as the game goes on. Coincidentally the commercials play just fine… please fix the app.

    The purpose of watching your team on an App, is mostly because one is not at home. I travel frequently and in the beginning of the season I was able to watch the games on the app, no matter where I was in the country. The latest update completely destroyed that feature. That’s absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. With all the money they make, they can’t accommodate fans that travel and still want to watch their team. Thumbs down
