    Dr. James and his excellent crew have designed a program that benefits Senior players in many ways. I have experienced a significant decrease in back pain and overall body conditioning and toning is very obvious. Golf season has yet to start in my part of the US, but I expect significant improvement in balance and durability. Thanks so much! .

    I’m 57 years old with some typical physical limitations: bad shoulder, arthritis in one knee. I play a lot of golf. This has already increased my distance and stability and I’ve been doing it for about a month. If you want to maximize your game for as long as possible make this investment

    I’m a soon to be 57 year old man that suffers from arthritis in both knees and my shoulders, torn ACL surgery in my left knee and have been ran over (yes ran over) by a car while running. So flexibility has been an issue for me the last several years and Golf Forever has helped me tap back into that segment of my fitness routine while also gaining strength. I’ve been working regularly with my Golf Forever for the last several months and my daily reduction of body pains on the golf course and my daily activities have been reduced greatly!! I whole heartedly believe and highly recommend Golf Forever! Plus I feel you don’t have to play golf to benefit from this unit!     I’m 68 and never have had this range of motion in my golf swing. I’m just about finished with my 30 day trial but will join now because I believe in this. The instructors are encouraging not condescending. If you want results you have to commit. Do the work and this program will get you to better place in flexibility, stability and strength. I’m not drinking the kool aid either. I really feel great. Thanks GF team.

    I started this program right after the PGA Show in January. Been going at it a month and i cannot emphasize how much better my body feels after i play a round of golf. Being a veteran who has suffered multiple injuries, mainly my back. I no longer feel debilitated after one round. This program is awesome. Thank you for this.

    So far so good. I am 1 week into my 30 day trial and I can tell a difference in my mobility already. I will have to prove to myself It’s worth the money when my month ends. Great program so far.
